C Squared Events did a phenomenal job coordinating our wedding! As soon as I spoke with Cathie on the phone we hit it off and I knew she’d be a wonderful addition to our day.
Cathie met with us at our venue a few weeks before the wedding. She was very thorough during our walk through to make sure everything would go off without a hitch on the day of.
On the day of the wedding, Cathie and Rachel made sure we didn’t lift a finger, set up everything perfectly, made sure we had an opportunity to eat both appetizers and dinner, and directed all attendees where they needed to be. They also did a great job breaking everything down and packing everything up so it was easy transport back home.
To top it off, Cathie even knew right where things were the next day when we couldn’t find them.
If you’re looking to enjoy your wedding day without the stress, C Squared Events is the way to go!C Squared Events LLC's reply:

If you are looking for a wedding planner in Central Florida, you can’t go wrong with C Squared Events. Cathie possesses that rare trifecta of planner perfection - attentiveness, tirelessness, and serenity. My son decided in late February that he wanted to get married in early August. Cathie was key in helping make his dreams a reality on a tight schedule and with a modest budget. She listened patiently to each person’s vision for the big day then helped us pull it all together. Cathie kept the key players calm, she kept the logistics under control, and she coordinated the services seamlessly. A definite must to make your day calm and perfect!
Cathie and Caiti nailed it! I was a giant ball of stress and their "I got this.... I got you" professional and calm demeanor made me completely relax. They were extremely commutative and responsive from the very first message sent! I never had to look far if I needed anything, someone had eyes on my husband and I the whole day and evening. Our set up, ceremony, cocktail hour, reception, private last dance, sparkler exit and clean up were perfectly executed. I gave them an idea of what we wanted and let her run with it. They made everything so beautiful! They made sure that our requested private time in the bridal suite to enjoy an appetizer and drink as newly husband and wife was honored (aka politely escorted well wishers to the cocktail hour so we could sit and enjoy a minite to ourselves as newlyweds!) And on top of it, they went way out of their way to make sure we had a special dessert for us to enjoy! I had not one thing to worry about on our special day. I so very highly recommend C Squared Events to anyone looking for perfection on their special day!C Squared Events LLC's reply:

We are so grateful for all the hard work Cathie and Rachel with C Squared put into our wedding! They truely made the day stress free! Leading up to the wedding, Cathie was available to answer questions or meet up at the venue. She put together a plan for the day of and made sure we had all our ducks in a row. On the day of, Rachel and Cathie made sure everything went off without a hitch. They even took a few (hundred) candid photos, which they sent our way.
Cathie was full of great ideas as we worked out the details of the wedding. One of my favorites was using a giant jenga tower as our guest book! Our guests had a blast decorating the blocks and it really made a special keepsake.

Cathie and Caiti were amazing to work with on our wedding day. From the beginning of the planning process, Cathie was always available though email to answer every question. She organized our rehearsal and wedding day with ease! They were there for every little thing from bustling my complicated dress to making sure my slippers were on for dancing! A Blessing!
Cathie & Caiti were amazing to work with. From start to finish they paid attention to detail, and made sure we did not have to worry/stress about anything. They listened to what we wanted and executed our plans beautifully. Cathie made sure we followed our timeline and stayed on schedule. Caiti interacted with our guests and made sure they were having fun. I had red wine spilled on my dress and Cathie immediately went to work trying to remove the stain. I recommend them to anyone having an event, and I plan to hire them again for any future events. Hiring C Squared Events was one of the best decisions we made.C Squared Events LLC's reply:

C Squared coordinated our wedding ceremony and reception and they absolutely ROCKED IT! We had a budget wedding in which there were a lot of moving parts. Cathy was the best decision we made during planning. Can't imagine having pulled things off without her!
Cathy really means it when she says full service. We didn't have a decorator or caterer, so they accepted delivery of our food and set everything up. My dad performed the ceremony, which was his first, so she helped us plan the ceremony. There were MANY mishaps (as there are in every wedding) that I only heard about as funny stories afterward. Cathy handled all of that and more! Neither of them were afraid to get their hands dirty (throwing my veil in the air for the perfect photo, stacking up chairs from the ceremony while we're dancing the night away). They think on their feet and look gorgeous doing it!
We booked her for same day services, which only included the wedding day, rehearsal dinner, and a consultation. However, Cathy was so caring through the process and was only one call away when I got stuck during planning. Her suggestions were helpful but not pushy and she put her experience to work.
We still get calls and texts from people were at our wedding and those who have been looking at photos and videos saying that it was the best wedding they've been to, they had a blast, everything looked so beautiful, and little did they know that we didn't even break $5k for a ceremony, dinner, and open bar, thanks to C Squared!

Cathi at Csquared Events was truly the backbone of our entire wedding day. We looked for a day-of planner that would coordinate the ins and outs so we could enjoy our wedding day and she absolutely delivered. She was in communication with me throughout my planning process and was there to offer suggestions when I needed help or was getting frustrated. We met at our venue for a walkthrough about a month before the big day and planned out the layout of ceremony and reception together and then she took it from there. She took charge of the rehearsal and ceremony day so that we could enjoy our time. Cathi worked hard throughout our entire event and made sure that everything went smoothly. The pricing at Csquared Events was also extremely competitive. When planning a wedding, the cost of everything can add up quickly, but the value added by the services we received from Cathi far outweighed the expense.
We really appreciate and 100% recommend Cathi for any event. While I don’t plan to have a wedding ever again, I would use her services for another event in a heartbeat. I feel like I truly cannot say enough about how essential Cathi was to the success of our wedding. We are grateful for her professionalism and her efficiency was truly outstanding. Thanks for all you did for us!
