When it came to wedding planning, my (now) husband and I had a vague idea of what we wanted and no idea of where to start or how to get there. Luckily, my sister in law had been to a wedding that Buzzworthy Events had planned and I immediately set up a meeting with Ashley. I knew right away that she was the perfect wedding planner for us because she saw me, my husband, and our wedding as individuals rather than just an other event. Ashley took the time to get to know us and truly understand what we wanted our wedding to be. She made wedding planning fun and enjoyable. She created a timeline so we always knew what we were supposed to focusing on and taking care of in the months leading up to the wedding. For the day of she put together a detailed schedule that had all of the information for the various vendors and their set up times, down to the order for the bridal party to walk down the aisle. Having her expert knowledge and insight was helpful beyond words.
One of the things that I appreciate most about Ashley is that she never once lost track of our budget. She kept our expectations in line with what we could afford and provided tips along the way for how to save money. Because Ashley took the time to get to know my husband and I she was able to walk us through where our money should go in order to achieve the wedding we dreamed of. Ashley gave us our perfect wedding. She helped put everything together into one cohesive, beautifully designed event that I wish I could relive every single day.
I cannot recommend Ashley and Buzzworthy Events highly enough! Almost 6 months after the wedding, my family still talks about how fantastic it was and how much they loved Ashley.

I had the absolute pleasure of working with Ashley for a wedding at the Ace Hotel in Palm Springs. She was the wedding coordinator for the bride + groom. As an owner of a boutique DJ service, we have very high standards. Being vendors, we want to make the lives of the bride + groom as easy as possible. Ashley is incredibly professional and made the process very simple and seamless. She's very responsive (one of the most important qualities to have), hands on, and has a great personality. I would recommend Buzzworthy Events to anyone looking for a unique, creative, out of the cooker-cutter box Wedding Planner! Ashley Smith was great from start to finish. She has an amazing eye and helped my husband and I keep on track for our March 1, 2015 wedding! We wanted our Palm Springs wedding to be funky, fresh and unique and without Ashley's help, we wouldn't have accomplished that. Not only was she amazing pre-wedding in helping create our DIY details, she was well organized day of. We never had to worry about a thing!
