Vonda and her husband were so helpful from the beginning! My husband and I loved working with them. They genuinely care about you, your day, your wants and needs, and how the day will go. They were professional and helpful, not stressing anyone out at all. They know what they are doing and love what they do. I highly recommend them for your big and special day to run smoothly! Vonda was excellent with her services. Her attention to detail from prior weddings she has coordinated was over the top. She is easy to talk to, understanding & keeps in mind what you want & helps point out possibilities. She was able to provide me with a bartender when mine dropped out days before the wedding. Her daughter did an excellent job bartending! You can tell they work as a family to take care of their customers. Vonda's husband was also there to help to ensure everything went smoothly. At first, my mother and I were going to plan and execute my wedding alone. We soon realized we were in over our heads and there were so many small details I had forgotten or not even thought of. My wedding day went SO smoothly and it was the best day of my life. The night before rehearsal, I was overwhelmed with still decorating most of my ceremony and reception extras. Vonda said she could decorate these things for me and it was absolutely perfect! In the limo ride over, my maid of honors dress strap snapped off- but Vonda has a safety pin ready before she walked down the aisle! I HIGHLY recommend Vonda and her team- very professional and detail oriented. I could not have imagined my day without her help and am so thankful she was my coordinator!

I reached out to Vonda to see if she could help me plan my wedding at Cacapon State Park. I hadn't been to the venue yet as I'm from out of town. When I told Vonda this, she went to the venue herself (on the same day) to assess the spot and make sure it would work for our wedding!!! This is something no other wedding planner that I spoke to would have done! Beyond that, she was super responsive and helpful throughout the entire process. The only reason we didn't end up going with her is because we ended up choosing a different location altogether, a few hours away. Regardless, I still appreciated all of the help from Vonda! Really made the entire venue searching process MUCH easier!

Buttons&Bows is a great event planning service. Vonda does a wonderful job at more than just weddings. After thoughts of planning my baby shower or letting friends and family do it (bad idea, I'm to picky) I reached out to Buttons&Bows to do the event. Best decision I could have made. She did a fantastic job!! Vonda took care of the invitations, guest list, decorations (according to my theme and colors) food and managing the events and games for the shower. Everything was beautiful and the guests (80+) had a great time. Thanks again for making the day special. Hope to work with this company again in the future!!

I am currently using Vonda as my Wedding Concierge. She is fabulous! Her quality of service is outstanding! I appreciate her responsiveness to my e-mails and texts. She truly asks all the right questions regarding my wedding. Some questions about the wedding that I had not thought of yet. She has a lot of knowledge of different vendors, and can offer a lot of suggestions. If she doesn't have an answer to a question, she does not hesitate to find it. She handles everything with the utmost in professionalism. She is a great value for all of the services she offers. Vonda is very creative. She can assist with creating centerpieces, ceiling decor, bridesmaids bouquet, etc. If you ask her to make something she will figure out a way to make it work. I had the opportunity to watch her work at a friend of mine's wedding and she made the wedding flow very smoothly and efficiently. I have no worries about how everything will come together on my big upcoming day with her help!
