HIGHLY recommend hiring Brown Bag to cater your wedding! We live in Charlotte but got married in Hendersonville and they brought the food all the way to us (for a very reasonable fee). Dan (owner) was amazing throughout the entire process, very kind and responsive. The food is SO reasonably priced and we got tons of compliments on how good it was at the wedding. We are so glad we chose Brown Bag and you should too!

Brown Bag has catered many weddings I have attended and the food is always exceptional. The guests who experience Brown Bag for the first time always leave asking where the restaurant is. So, overall not too complicated menu with healthy options and solid customer service.

Brown Bag was one of the best decisions my husband and I made on our wedding day. We wanted our wedding to showcase things we love; including the food. We chose to go with their fajita menu and I am so glad we did. We added queso, quac, black beans, rice and fajita steak to their standard fajita menu and the guys at Brown Bag were so accommodating and willing to make all the additions we wanted to make our wedding food exactly what we pictured. Even with all the add-ons their cost was still less than so many other venues I had contacted. The food was delicious, they did all the hard work for us with setup and gave us such an ease that everything was going to be taken care of.

What happens when an uninvited guest comes to your wedding? Well, Hurricane Florence showed up, but that did not stop our wedding from happening. Dan called me the night before to make sure our wedding was still on and to see if the number of meals needed had changed because of the weather. He assured me our food would be ready and delivered on time. He delivered on his promise, and we are forever grateful for Brown Bag coming through even in the pouring rain.

Brown Bag was recommended to us by some friends who order their catering pretty regularly for work and suggested we look into using them for our wedding. We were a little skeptical as we assumed it would be sandwiches and soups, but it is anything but that. We decided to try their food first in the restaurant and were immediately hooked. While there, we asked if we could speak to the Catering Manager (his name is Daniel) and were able to discuss exactly what we were looking to serve our guests for dinner at our wedding. The really nice thing, as we found out, was that we ended up dealing with only Daniel throughout the whole process and he was super accessible and responsive. When it came to making adjustments to the number of people we were needing to serve, that was a breeze as well and they even let us make changes to how many guests we were wanting to serve as few as 2 days before the event. This was really nice as we were trying to stick to a budget for the wedding and didn't want to pay for an extra 50 people if we didn't need it. Now for the food. Everything arrived right on time and was set up and looked amazing - exactly as we were told it would. We ordered food for 300 for our wedding, which was all set up in a buffet style on 2 different tables; we ordered grilled chicken breast, pork tenderloin, redskin mashed potatoes, green beans, baby spinach salad, and a kale caesar salad, as well as rolls and all the plates and utensils (all for only $10.75 a person). I'm not sure how long it took everyone to get through the line, but it couldn't have been long because everyone was seated with their food pretty quickly it seemed. We have heard nothing but rave reviews about how good the food was; how often to do you actually hear that about food at a wedding? All in all, it was an amazing experience top to bottom and so nice to not have to worry about this detail of our wedding. We would highly recommend Brown Bag!

Brown Bag catered my wedding and did an amazing job. They set everything up promptly, had everything more than ready once it came time to eat, and it was beyond delicious. People still ask me who catered the wedding because it was so good. We were on a tight budget, but they bent over backwards to work with us on money and make our day special. They made sure everything was exactly what we were hoping for weeks in advance. They know leading up to the wedding is crazy, but they wanted to make sure they were part of the solution and not the problem. It was always about us, never about themselves. I would recommend Brown Bag and their food to anyone and everyone. There are a lot of other options out there to pick from, but make it easy on yourself. Go with the great food at a great price. Picking Brown Bag was the easiest decision we made for our wedding next to "I do".
