Katie Watt was my day of wedding coordinator during my wedding this past weekend over 4th of July. Yes, this woman worked on 4th of July for me AND she was pregnant. She busted her butt for me on the day of and I didn't have to think of anything.

Katie really made it feel like I had a bestie helping me keep my wedding going. I got updates throughout the night that were never interrupting anything I was doing, she kept my bridal party on track and even made sure the officiant signed on the right line of the wedding papers; apparently this can be an issue, and she made darn sure it wasn't.

I cannot stress enough how much Katie made my wedding day a breeze and even prior to that I had continuous, consistent and detailed communication with her. Silvia A. is an absolutely amazing wedding coordinator, we couldn’t be more happy with her work! We absolutely could not have had our wedding run so smoothly and perfectly if we did not have Silvia. We hired her through Britta’s Brides for day-of-coordination and it was definitely one of the best decisions we made in the wedding planning process. From the start, Silvia was polite, professional and kind hearted thus making us feel comfortable and confident in her capabilities. It was great to have such amazing support but also to make a new friend throughout the process!

Early on, Silvia reviewed our vendor contracts and pointed out inconsistencies, which allowed us to resolve them before it ever became an issue. At our rehearsal, Silvia led our friends and family throughout the process until we were completely ready for the wedding ceremony the following day. She answered all our questions and remained flexible to cater to our wishes and needs.

On the wedding day, she made everything come together by directing each vendor on what to do and how to do it. She made some game day decor decisions for us and her decisions were based on how we are as a couple and how she thought we would like something done. Everything looked so beautiful! During the planning process we were worried about random details and game day what ifs, but Silvia was able to handle any little fires that popped up without us even knowing! The most important thing is that we were able to fully let go and enjoy our wedding because Silvia was doing such an amazing job the minute she got there. Our friends and family complimented us throughout the evening and the few days after of how kind and awesome Silvia was. We already knew this about Silvia, but it was nice to hear that our guests were highly impressed with her as well. Even after the wedding, Silvia continued to go above and beyond and make sure we had some outstanding vendor items figured out.

We worked with Brittney as our day of coordinator at our wedding and she was absolutely incredible! Thanks to her, my husband and I were able to be completely present on that day and fully enjoy it without having to worry about any of the logistics which is exactly what we were hoping for. We worked with Britta as our day of coordinator, and she was absolutely, without a doubt, the MVP of our wedding. Before the wedding, we were able to ask her questions about timelines & general wedding etiquette, and she did a walkthrough of our venue with us the month before to make sure we had everything ironed out. In the week leading up to the wedding, she verified everything with our vendors & made sure everyone was on the same page. The day of the wedding, she was the coolest & calmest presence you could hope for -- all while putting out a million fires that we never had to hear about. When she did need our instruction or approval for something, her questions never felt invasive or stressful. She was somehow on top of everything going on for all the different aspects of the day, without breaking a sweat. We felt so stress-free knowing that if anything came up, Britta could handle it. She also came prepared with an emergency kit, which came in handy for some of our guests with wardrobe malfunctions! Britta was so obviously fantastic at her job that several of our family members commented during the day & afterwards about how great she was, and how they wished they'd had her for their weddings. Silvia did full-service wedding planning and coordination for my Disney fairytale wedding in Florida and I could not have done it without her and her assistant Ariel. This was a destination wedding, so there were a lot of details that we needed to plan for like dining reservations for the rehearsal dinner, hotel room blocks, and such. Silvia was on top of all the details and thought through things that would have never crossed my mind.

On the day of the wedding, her and Ariel worked in collaboration with the Disney Wedding team to ensure a smooth ceremony and celebration afterward. Silvia and Ariel even MC'd the celebration and controlled the playlist.

After the celebration, they made sure I got all my belongings and made sure all my guests had signed the guest book.

I highly recommend going through Brittas Brides for your wedding as weddings are super stressful and there's so much you dont think about in the planning process. Silvia helped take a lot of that stress away and I felt confident that my wedding across the country
was going to be the wedding of my dreams. And it was!

Britta was our florist and we would highly recommend her! Our flowers and arch both turned out amazing. She was also wonderful to work with - very responsive, professional, and kind. Her floral services were also very reasonably priced. Definitely hire her as your florist!!!

If I could give this woman 1000/10 stars I would! Britta is an amazing day of coordinator. While planning for my 250+ guest wedding, I was looking for a day of coordinator and Britta came highly recommended by one of my best friends. She had coordinated his 400+ guest wedding and I was like my god, if she could do that massive wedding, mine should be a piece of cake lol.
Britta is professional but also very warm and welcoming. She was so easy to communicate with. Months leading up to the wedding,I felt like I could text or email her about any problem or ask for much needed advice. She always got back to me in a timely manner and her advice was always solid. She also help set up the venue/entrance table while we were taking photos and coordinated with my mom to who would watch our envelope box. She worked with me on our timeline and when the day came, everything went so smoothly! If there was ever an issue that day, she took care of it! I am forever grateful for having her in my corner during one of the most stressful and happiest times in my life. Thank you Britta for everything you did on my wedding day, I was able to relax and enjoy myself because you were there. I have all the confidence in the world for this hard working woman! I don’t even know where to begin. Britta took all of the wedding stress off our shoulders and made it so we were able to completely enjoy our day without any worries. I had 100 questions the week of the wedding and she answered each and every one of them literally minutes after I sent them. She handled all the last minute changes to our ceremony and the little bit of drama we had and was the first one to get there and the last one to leave. Set up and clean up was done in less than thirty minutes and everything was beautiful and how I wanted it to be. She even danced with us at the end of the night. Every single guest, wedding party and family member LOVED her. Did I mention she did all this only three months after giving birth? Not only that, but when her daughter was born she was still checking in with me. She’s absolutely amazing at her job and clearly loves what she does.
