Brittanie and Kinsey are truly what dreams are made of. It takes a special team to bring your vision to life- and that’s exactly what they did. From endless conversations and communication- I truly look at them as if they are my dearest of friends. I’m so sad that my wedding is over…(although relieved I no longer need to make a million and one decisions)- I’m going to miss getting to chat to Kinsey on a regular basis. I can not express how much gratitude and love I have for Brittanie and the BRE team! We booked Brittanie for Monthly of/Day of planning and it was by far the best thing we did for our wedding! From each planning meeting to the rehearsal, to the wedding day Brittanie was professional, helpful, and just completely on top of the game. I nor my husband had to worry about a single detail the day of our wedding other than sitting back and soaking in every single moment. Brittanie was able to take my vision and make it an absolute reality. I can not recommend BRE enough!!

We also added on Serendipity Florals, the BRE in-house florist, and I was blown away by how beautiful our flowers turned out. They were exactly what I wanted. Definitely recommend adding these as well!

The BRE team is AWESOME. Kinsey was my lead planner with help from Kensley. From start to finish, there was never once a time during the month leading up to the wedding and especially on the day of when I felt stressed. I just always knew and trusted that they had everything under control. They "got" my vision and brought it to life flawlessly. Everything looked even better than I imagined. Walking into the reception room took my breath away.

They operate like pros- calm, cool & collected but like a boss. They have that magical events skill of running the room without drawing any attention to what's going on behind the scenes. I want to plan another party just so we can do it again!!!

Cannot say enough about how great Brittanie and her team is and how seamless she will make your wedding day! From just talking with her on our very first phone call she reaffirmed our decision to go ahead with having the full wedding (we were on the fence). Her energy is infectious, she is approachable but professional, completely non-judgmental about any ideas, and is a wizard with getting the vision together on the day of the event. We planned our wedding from out of state and went with "month and day of" planning. Brittanie was excellent in keeping us on track with the planning phone calls and following up on any emails/questions we had. She has an incredible eye and talent for design and collaboration. This is where Kinsey & Brittanie’s expertise came in. We hired them for the Day of Coordination. Prior to our wedding day, April 27th 2022, Kinsey met with us to go over what we wanted and to give suggestions as well as she was our Lead Coordinator. I was even presented with a little token from the team during the meeting!

Our day passed smoothly from start to finish! They ensured to coordinate with all our vendors and ensured that we were okay and topped up on drinks during our day!

Kinsey was amazing in helping plan the biggest day of our lives. I couldn’t take on the task of planning a destination wedding all the way from Texas. The second I found BRE I knew I would be just fine. She eased my stress in every moment even when I had mental breakdowns at 12am about choosing the wrong photographer (who ended up being the best). She helped with every little detail months before, weeks before, and especially the days surrounding wedding day. Kinsey gets her work done in a timely manner and is a pleasure to work with!! I wish I could do it all over again 100x!!!

BRE was our planner for partial and day of coordination for our rehearsal evening on board the Henrietta riverboat. We couldn't have been more pleased with how the communication, guidance, and follow-up helped us execute a beautiful and fun event for such a reasonable price point. Brittanie and Kinsey put their touches on our vision, and although I knew what to expect, when we walked into our venue their attention to detail literally made me stop to take it in. It was so exciting to see that the decor and staff and activity was on auto-pilot so that we could enjoy ourselves and host the guests and focus on the bride and groom! The team made sure the schedule moved exactly as planned and was subtle but purposeful - our welcome, cocktail hour, mealtime, toasts, cake-cutting, and time to mingle enjoying music and the sunset flowed easily. BRE handled set-up flawlessly, and the boat was transformed into a lovely bright and happy party spot. Clean-up happened so seamlessly that we barely knew it was taking place as we said goodbye to people. All of our belongings were packed back up and returned to us without us lifting a finger. Questions were answered expertly and any requests were carried out quickly. Best of all, Brittanie and Kinsey are really nice people and were genuinely invested in creating the celebration we hoped for. BRE was the perfect partner for making a important evening really special!

Kinsey and BRE made our day absolutely perfect. She forgot NOTHING and made us feel so calm and comfortable. Kinsey is fun, organized, and so passionate. It wasn’t just another wedding to her. She understood the assignment😎 we’re forever grateful!!!

Brittanie & her team were so amazing to work with! At first I thought I could do it all myself - needless to say having Brittanie as my planner was the best decision I could have ever made! I knew we were on the same page leading up to the wedding and when I made my own decor it was such a good feeling knowing I could drop it off and she would make it into my vision! She said the most amazing thing to me a few weeks before my wedding - "You don't have to worry about that anymore, now it is my job" - literally I could feel the weight of the stress lifted and I knew I didn't have to stress about the details - because she always had my back. (They were even bringing water to the beer pong table we set up & handled a stressful miscommunication with other vendors like a true professional!)
