Brittanie and Kinsey are truly what dreams are made of. It takes a special team to bring your vision to life- and that’s exactly what they did. From endless conversations and communication- I truly look at them as if they are my dearest of friends. I’m so sad that my wedding is over…(although relieved I no longer need to make a million and one decisions)- I’m going to miss getting to chat to Kinsey on a regular basis. Brittanie Raquel Events is heaven sent! I love YALL!!! Thank you for everything. Do yourself a favor and hire these talented ladies! -

Absolutely Amazing!!
I can not express how much gratitude and love I have for Brittanie and the BRE team! We booked Brittanie for Monthly of/Day of planning and it was by far the best thing we did for our wedding! From each planning meeting to the rehearsal, to the wedding day Brittanie was professional, helpful, and just completely on top of the game. I nor my husband had to worry about a single detail the day of our wedding other than sitting back and soaking in every single moment. Brittanie was able to take my vision and make it an absolute reality. I can not recommend BRE enough!!
We also added on Serendipity Florals, the BRE in-house florist, and I was blown away by how beautiful our flowers turned out. They were exactly what I wanted. Definitely recommend adding these as well! -

The BRE team is AWESOME. Kinsey was my lead planner with help from Kensley. From start to finish, there was never once a time during the month leading up to the wedding and especially on the day of when I felt stressed. I just always knew and trusted that they had everything under control. They "got" my vision and brought it to life flawlessly. Everything looked even better than I imagined. Walking into the reception room took my breath away.
They operate like pros- calm, cool & collected but like a boss. They have that magical events skill of running the room without drawing any attention to what's going on behind the scenes. I want to plan another party just so we can do it again!!!
Highly recommend, as do all of my guests who could not stop telling me how awesome our planning and vendor team seemed! -

Cannot say enough about how great Brittanie and her team is and how seamless she will make your wedding day! From just talking with her on our very first phone call she reaffirmed our decision to go ahead with having the full wedding (we were on the fence). Her energy is infectious, she is approachable but professional, completely non-judgmental about any ideas, and is a wizard with getting the vision together on the day of the event. We planned our wedding from out of state and went with "month and day of" planning. Brittanie was excellent in keeping us on track with the planning phone calls and following up on any emails/questions we had. She has an incredible eye and talent for design and collaboration. Brittanie is a gem in this industry and you should absolutely have her on your team for your wedding! Thank you, BRE! -

Kinsey was amazing in helping plan the biggest day of our lives. I couldn’t take on the task of planning a destination wedding all the way from Texas. The second I found BRE I knew I would be just fine. She eased my stress in every moment even when I had mental breakdowns at 12am about choosing the wrong photographer (who ended up being the best). She helped with every little detail months before, weeks before, and especially the days surrounding wedding day. Kinsey gets her work done in a timely manner and is a pleasure to work with!! I wish I could do it all over again 100x!!! -

Absolutely amazing!
Brittanie and her team are absolutely AMAZING!!!!! If you are needing a wedding planner and are considering going through Brittanie Raquel Events just do it! I had my wedding in Wilmington, NC and was trying to plan it from out of state because I live in Texas and have no ties to NC. I had absolutely no idea what I was doing and that’s when Brittanie came in! Brittanie truly cares about her clients and is so incredibly talented! She’s super personable and can make your vision come to life, even if you’re on a budget! Her pricing is VERY reasonable for all of the work she puts in. My biggest worry was finding vendors that were reasonably priced and fit in with my vision for my big day and Brittanie matched me perfectly with every single vendor! She also did all of the communication with the vendors up until contract signing and that took a HUGE stress off of my shoulders! Weddings can be super expensive and of course I was always worried about money, but Brittanie has so many cost effective tricks up her sleeve it’s crazy! She made things happen with my budget that I didn’t think were possible! Leading up to the day of the wedding I was of course stressed because we were getting so close. I was originally planning on having the wedding ceremony outdoors, but there was terrible rain the entire week leading up to the day. Brittanie was on top of it and already had a plan for the worst case scenario. When we got to the weekend of the wedding, Brittanie and her team took over and made the day stress free and everything I ever wanted it to be (even with it being inside)! I cannot recommend Brittanie Raquel Events enough because they are just so amazing!!! I am so lucky that i found Brittanie! -

Brittanie and specifically Kinsey made our day perfect and seamless. From our initial phone call I immediately felt like they shared and understood my vision for the day. I definitely knew what I wanted for our wedding and I felt like they enhanced it and captured my exact hopes and dreams for what our day would look like. They were responsive, professional, fun and SO organized. I used their month-of coordination package and at our walkthrough they went through every detail with a fine tooth comb and sent me back a detailed summary of all that we had discussed and a timeline. We followed up with multiple phone calls, they adapted when I changed my mind on things, and they took over all communication with vendors so I didn’t have much to worry about but marrying the love of my life! The day of the wedding, they showed up early, stayed late, perfected every detail, were my total hype girls, and didn’t let us go more than 1 minute without a drink in hand. They cleaned up spilled drinks, bustled my dress, made sure we were always in the right spot, handled awkward conversations, dealt with a our rambunctious bridal party, danced with us and truly felt like friends at the end of it all. I want to be a part of BRE when I grow up, we had such a great experience with them. We would honestly pay them double what they charged us because they were a priceless part of our day. -

Couldn't have done it without them!
Brittanie and her team were amazing to work with! Even though we only hired them for month-of planning, she was more than willing to help and answer questions ahead of the month of the wedding. She helped bring my beach house wedding vision to life and executed it beautifully! No matter the obstacles thrown her way, she handled them calmly and professionally and I almost didn't even know they were happening in the moment. Would highly recommend this team! -

I have known Brittanie and Kinsey for a long time and have worked several weddings with them in the past. It was so special for me to have them for my own wedding! Brittanie met with me several times- either over FaceTime or in person, even the my venue was in Lincolnton, NC, and she was about 3 hours away. She was there for me when I would have my normal wedding planning stressed out moments and gave me comfort/guidance on everything. Not only that, but she planned and executed the whole thing with COVID-19 being a factor.
When it came to the day of, both ladies were so amazing. They were able to make sure everything was in place and just how we had planned for it to be! I could not have wished or prayed for it to go any smoother than it did! Spencer and I are so thankful that Brittanie was willing to be our coordinator and it was such as bonus that Kinsey was there too! They are a DREAM team that made my dream wedding possible (even in the midst of COVID)! -

Working with Brittanie was the best decision we made when planning our wedding. I was able to have my dream wedding with her help! Our vendors, family, wedding party, and friends stated how easy to work with and organized she was. She was able to make a timeline that worked with all vendors, keep an open communication between all parties, and assist vendors when needed. She has an amazing eye for decor and is quick to problem solve. She was there for us every step of the way and truly brought my vision to life. I can not imagine my wedding going as perfectly as it did without her and we are so very grateful to have her there for us throughout the process. We highly recommend Brittanie to anyone looking for a planner or coordinator! -

Hire her!
Brittanie was everything we needed and more! I had a clear vision of what I wanted my wedding to look and feel like and Brittanie's knack, skills, and innovation brought it to life. When I saw both the ceremony and reception spaces for the first time, I was blown away because they both surpassed my wildest dreams. She and her team transformed the spaces and made them feel magical. During all the pre-wedding craziness, she continually reassured me that everything would work out and responded with care to all my questions and concerns. When we first started planning our wedding and picking our venue, we hadn’t even considered a planner to help us out. I’m a pretty organized person and didn’t want anything too extravagant, so I thought I could handle it. Then we met Brittanie - what a game changer!! Just when I didn’t know how much I needed the help, Brittanie was there with ideas, suggestions, vendor recommendations, and EVERYTHING I hadn’t (and wouldn’t have) even thought of. I quickly realized I would have been in wayyy over my head without her help! Over several months of planning she was there for every email, text, and phone call I could send her way, and always had an answer for all of my questions or concerns! She was so supportive and reassuring when COVID threatened our plans, and was there to support us through any tough decisions along the way. By the time our wedding day came along, I honestly did not have a single worry about how things would go the entire day. There are truly no words to describe how relieved and stress free we were to have Brittanie and her team working with us. We had the PERFECT day and could not have asked for anything to go any smoother. I cannot imagine anyone else taking better care of us than Brittanie did, and we will forever be grateful to her and her team for taking the lead and allowing us to enjoy our day without even the slightest bit of stress! I can promise you, if you are considering a planner to help with your wedding/event, you WILL NOT regret having Brittanie help you out! -

Originally my husband and I planned to get married May 16, 2020 – and then Covid. It was late March when we realized we would have to postpone our wedding. By that time, we really had everything set, but when we rescheduled there were several vendors that were not available on our new wedding day, that included our wedding planner. Fortunately for us someone recommended Brittanie and guys, she’s a Rockstar! Working with Brittanie far surpassed my experience with my original planner – let’s just say all wedding planners are not created equal and it was such a blessing that we fell into her hands. Brittanie was always on her A-game. She never had a problem meeting with us and she always responded to every phone call, email and text promptly. She thought of everything and ran the planning process flawlessly. Leading up to our day we were worried about rain, but if Brittanie ever was she never showed it. She had a plan for everything! By the day of our wedding we trusted her with every detail. I never even saw the space until I walked down the aisle. Brittanie always made us feel as though she had everything 100% under control. The day of the wedding ran so smoothly – I mean zero stress for the entire wedding party. Words cannot express my gratitude for Brittanie and her staff. Our wedding was absolutely PERFECT and it's all because of them. If you think you don't need a wedding planner, think again and if you think you can go with just any planner think again. Trust me, you need her to plan your wedding! -

Brittanie was everything and more. From day one she was extremely attentive and made the entire wedding planning process stress-free and thoroughly enjoyable. Her ability to take every vision I had and execute beyond my expectations is unmatched. And just when I thought she couldn’t get better, she managed to surprise us with a performance from local salsa dancers - it was a moment that our family and friends still talk about! Since our first meeting with Brittanie, we knew she was the perfect person to plan our wedding. Little did we know she would be doing so much more than just planning. Brittanie thought of every detail that we hadn't even thought of yet, and made sure the day of the wedding went smoothly. When the belt fell off my wedding dress right before the ceremony, she and her associate Kinsey were there sewing my belt back on so I could get back out to my family and friends. She has a bubbly personality and a client-centered attitude, and was there to answer every single question I had along the way. I can hardly put into words how happy I am that we decided on Brittanie to make our day perfect!
