If I could leave negative stars, I would. I booked Klea Rama months in advance to do my rehearsal dinner hair and makeup. With less than 72 hours before my wedding, she suddenly informed me that she’d gotten a “more important opportunity” and that I’d now have to drive over an hour each way to meet her at her other job in NYC (where I do not live) — after she had already been paid and agreed to come to my home. Let that sink in: just days before my wedding, she canceled on me for something “better.” No professionalism, just pure selfishness. I was left panicking, trying to find a replacement with less than 3 days before my rehearsal dinner, all because she couldn’t honor her commitment. To make matters worse, she dragged her feet refunding my payment — taking days to send it back — as if she hadn’t already caused enough stress during one of the most important weeks of my life. Klea Rama is unreliable, inconsiderate, and completely lacking in professional integrity. There are plenty of dependable artists out there — she is absolutely not one of them.
