The bridesmaids dresses were so beautiful, they have so much to choose from, even Alfred Angelo. The staff are very nice and work with you :)

Upon arriving, Sandra asked what we were looking for and explained what dresses were where in the store. She then said she would let us walk around and look, to just let us know if we needed any help. I appreciated this because it let us look without be bugged or having dresses I didn't like being forced on me. Once we found some dresses, Sandra showed us to a room and when we ran into fit issues, she helped pin and explain alterations. Once the dress was found, Sandra went through all the details related to cost, payment, and alterations. They are even going to make custom sleeves for the dress. The only down side was the were some slim pickings in certain sizes, but still ended up finding a dress I love (it's an Alfred Angelo).

I purchased my wedding dress here and they have a wonderful seamstress who completely revamped the upper portion of my dress and it looked perfect. Service is not good though. During one fitting, they couldn't find my veil and headpiece and it took them 30 minutes to find it. Then on the day I picked up my dress (I was leaving the next day for my destination wedding), they did not give me the petticoat I had already paid for. All fittings were done while I was wearing the petticoat, so on the day of the wedding, without the petticoat, my beautiful dress didn't fit correctly and kept falling down. My bra is showing in half my pictures because I kept stepping on my dress, pulling it down. I would not use them again, because they don't really have it together. After I got back from my honeymoon, I contacted the shop about getting a refund on the petticoat I never received and they told me to come in for the refund; when I went in, they couldn't even give me a full refund at that time - they wrote me 2 separate checks ($65 each), dated one month from each other! I couldn't believe it! On top of that, they never even apologized for their oversight.
