From the moment the weekend began, we were blown away by their attention to detail and ability to handle everything - from last-minute hair fixes and dress bustling to keeping the flower girl entertained - without missing a beat. They are absolute experts at what they do, and I genuinely can’t imagine how chaotic our wedding day would have been without them (and they were right about everything!).

They ran our rehearsal seamlessly and clearly know Pelican Club inside and out. Brie went above and beyond working with all of our vendors and supporting us throughout the entire month leading up to the wedding, even though she was only hired for day-of coordination. She helped calm our anxieties (parents too!), created a thorough timeline, seating chart, and made sure the day stayed on track while still feeling relaxed and special. She was also incredible about making sure we actually ate, had time alone together as a couple, and that our guests were happy and comfortable. We are very type A and had a TON of instructions for set up/rentals/seating charts/decor - and they nailed all of it perfectly during set up.

Brooke somehow managed to give me the perfect party pony for my outfit change and coordinate late-night Chick-fil-A and after-party wristbands - no small feat. At the end of the night, they had everything packed, organized, and loaded into our cars, which was such a gift after a long, emotional day.
