Brie and Brooke were truly our wedding planning dream team!! From the moment the weekend began, we were blown away by their attention to detail and ability to handle everything - from last-minute hair fixes and dress bustling to keeping the flower girl entertained - without missing a beat. They are absolute experts at what they do, and I genuinely can’t imagine how chaotic our wedding day would have been without them (and they were right about everything!).
They ran our rehearsal seamlessly and clearly know Pelican Club inside and out. Brie went above and beyond working with all of our vendors and supporting us throughout the entire month leading up to the wedding, even though she was only hired for day-of coordination. She helped calm our anxieties (parents too!), created a thorough timeline, seating chart, and made sure the day stayed on track while still feeling relaxed and special. She was also incredible about making sure we actually ate, had time alone together as a couple, and that our guests were happy and comfortable. We are very type A and had a TON of instructions for set up/rentals/seating charts/decor - and they nailed all of it perfectly during set up.
Brooke somehow managed to give me the perfect party pony for my outfit change and coordinate late-night Chick-fil-A and after-party wristbands - no small feat. At the end of the night, they had everything packed, organized, and loaded into our cars, which was such a gift after a long, emotional day.
We are beyond impressed and so grateful for the Breezy Bridal team. If you want your wedding to feel effortless, organized, and genuinely the best day, I could not recommend them more highly! -

When we realized we needed a wedding coordinator, we interviewed several options—but nothing felt quite right. Either the pricing was too high, or we just didn’t connect with the coordinator. That’s when a family friend recommended Breezy Bridal, and everything changed.
From our very first phone call with Brie, we knew we had found the right fit. She and her team were thoughtful, incredibly organized, and even jumped in to help with planning well before the wedding weekend arrived. Brie’s enthusiasm and genuine care showed in every detail. She worked tirelessly behind the scenes to ensure the day went smoothly, handling vendors and logistics with grace and professionalism.

As an organized Mother of the Bride, I was unsure that my daughter and I really needed a Wedding Planner for the Day of Services. Boy, was I wrong - all of our planning only went off without a flaw thanks to Brie and Brooke! From Day of Planning including being a liaison for all vendors/contracts, to venue and decor set-up as well as establishing a perfectly executed time-line, we could not have done it without them! There was no day of stress - all we did was watch and enjoy our perfect vision of the wedding unfold before our eyes. As my daughter said, "Every bride deserves to have Brie and Brooke at their wedding!" -

The most fabulous, most helpful, most calm, most charismatic, most thoughtful team of women and exactly who you want by your side on your wedding day! We hired Breezy Bridal as our Day Of Coordinators for our wedding at Pelican Club and they helped our day & weekend flow seamlessly. From coordinating vendors prior to and on our day, to helping us create & stick to timelines, to being sure our families was present for significant parts of the night (dances, cake cutting, etc) and not in the bathroom (lol) to helping my MOH with my bustle, to a last minute move of decor, there is nothing that Brie and Brooke let slip. These two are professional, attentive to every detail & SO FUN! We are so appreciative of everything they did and would HIGHLY RECCOMEND you hire them for your wedding day! -

I literally cannot say enough about them! They are the sweetest most thoughtful people plus do an INCREDIBLE job wedding day! I used Breezy as a day of coordinator but they helped me with ideas and vendors before wedding day as well. They were a dream to work with on the day of. Thought of every thing I needed before I could even think of it, were so kind and thoughtful and created the smoothest, most beautiful night for us! I cannot recommend them enough, please just do yourself a favor and book them!! -

Brie, Brooke and Ashley were absolute perfection. I am from Columbia, SC, so I knew I'd be "shooting in the dark" when it came to picking vendors in North Palm Beach. I felt so anxious, lost and overwhelmed with it all. The minute I found Breezy Bridal, those feelings left me completely. Brie handled absolutely everything. She, Brooke and Ashley were always a text/phone call away. We planned the entire wedding with me in Columbia, SC and them in Florida- I only flew down for 2 walk-thoughs! They constantly had ideas and suggestions about vendors, but they ALWAYS asked questions and truly got to know me as a person so they could match me with vendors that fit my style and personality. The vendor team they and I put together was an absolute dream. Brie couldn't be there for my wedding due to being a new mama; however, I didn't feel any nerves at all because Brooke and Ashley jumped right in. Brie even took the time to stop by the morning of my wedding day to see the progress and give me a hug- it was so special! It was insanely cool to watch Brooke and Ashley turn my dad's house into a wedding masterpiece. I don't at all understand how they do what they do, but it was absolute and total magic. I would and will suggest them to any and everyone I know looking for wedding help down South. These girls became like family in the time we worked together, and I just can't rant enough. My friends and family are still RAVING about my wedding, and it brings me such joy reflecting back on that day. If you are getting married in South Florida and need a planner- look no further! The BEST wedding planner
I have been putting off writing this review because I don't want it to be over. And if you are like me when I started planning my wedding and telling yourself you don't need a planner.. YOU ARE WRONG!
BROOKE! From our first phone call we hit it off.. I am so thankful for the amount of times I talked your ear off, late night texts, and monthly check ins. I booked a day off planner but I really got someone that was there for me during every decision I made. And when my family members/fiancé were sick of hearing about the wedding she was always there.
The day of was a DREAM COME TRUE! Everything went smoothly and I didn't have a stress in world. I wouldn't have changed a single thing! Thank you again! I am so jealous of all the future brides that get to experience your magic!

I get emotional thinking about how amazing the breezy bridal team is. I thought I had everything under control planning my wedding and with my wedding day a month a way, I finally realized I needed some help. I had the absolute pleasure of having Brooke by my side for the month leading up to and for the weekend of my wedding and feel like she is now my new best friend :). She executed the weekend FLAWLESSLY! Every detail was perfect and I truly have NO IDEA what we would have done without her. She kept everything on schedule, coordinated with every vendor, and made sure we had the absolute best time. Our entire bridal party ( and even some wedding guests) have reached out to let me know separately how amazing they thought Brooke was and how lucky I was to have her. I can’t say enough kind words about the entire Breezy Bridal team, Brie, Brooke, and Ashley! My husband and I planned a destination wedding, so finding all of our vendors and communicating with them was becoming challenging, but the team always stepped in when I needed help! They went above and beyond for us, and we’re so kind throughout the process. The team was always super timely with responses to my many many questions. I can say that I’m naturally an anxious person, and having the Brie Brooke and Ashley to help, I never once had any anxieties about planning. These girls are angels and the BEST team you could possibly have, we can’t recommend them more or ever thank them enough for the most magical day -

Wow, where do I even begin!
Brie, Brooke and Ashley were seriously so amazing, I can’t even put it into words, but I’m going to try my best.
They went so above and beyond, it’s unreal. Our venue canceled us less than 48 hours out and to say that was stressful is an understatement. Both Brie and Brooke called so many venues to help us replan our wedding in less than 2 days. Our photographer’s flight also got canceled 2 days before and they found us a new photographer also. Not to mention they were still willing to drive in some windy hurricane weather to make our dream wedding come to life.
They kept my husband and I on schedule the whole day, they also kept drinks in our hands which we appreciated so much because we definitely needed some liquid relaxation after the crazy few days we had. They also made sure we ate! I’m a professional wedding florist and I have worked with so many planners and coordinators and Breezy Bridal is the best. I couldn’t imagine anyone else working our wedding. Life threw us literally every curveball possible and Brie and her team knocked our wedding out of the park. I can’t recommend them enough! -

What a great decision to hire Breezy Bridal for our wedding planning. Brie is delightful, kind and calm. She was knowledgeable about our venue and the vendors. Brie answered every question big or small and gave great advice when we were unsure. Most of all, she was genuine and easy to work with. I can't imagine not having Brie to take care of the details, coordinate the vendors, deal with the venue and create a detailed timeline. Brie and her assistant Brooke are professional and competent and we are so glad they were a part of our wedding. We will miss working with them! -

Brie is the best wedding planner ever! The whole process of planning our daughter’s wedding was fun and stress free. Brie is not only an amazing talented professional, but she goes above and beyond to make everyone feel at ease. From start to finish we could not have asked for a more dedicated wedding planner to make everything run so smoothly. Every vendor she recommended to every small detail was so amazing. I can’t get over of how perfect our daughter’s day was! Brie approaches every situation with a calmness and ensures everyone that their day will be perfect. I was one of those people who initially didn’t think that I needed a planner. I love details and am pretty type A so I figured why would I need someone else? My venue also has a coordinator so I thought I would be okay. All of my married friends convinced me I was fully wrong and I decided to trust them. THEY WERE SO RIGHT. I found Brie and we instantly connected because we have both dogs named Palmer. She was clearly knowledgeable and so easy to talk to so I booked her for day of planning services for my wedding. I still had doubts as to whether I would need it but figured better to be safe than sorry. Let me tell you how absolutely wrong I was. I FULLY NEEDED HER. It was the best money spent. Even if you like to plan and keep control of things like i do—trust me—the week of your wedding you have so much going on and having someone you trust to take care of things makes the wedding weekend so much easier and more enjoyable. I didn’t have to give any tasks to friends or family. Everyone had the best time. she anticipated all my needs, helped us with an unforeseen emergency the week of, bustled my dress (which is harder than it looks), calmed everyone down, kept everyone organized, communicated with vendors and ultimately made sure everything ran smoothly and beautifully. I actually got to enjoy my wedding day. I felt like I had an extra friend with me there that day but this extra friend was also like a bridal wizard that somehow just managed to handle everything.
Even my husband commented about how great she made our night and how calming she was to have around.
Looking back: you won’t want to be worrying about whether the place cards are set up right or answering a vendors phone call if they are running late. You want to enjoy every moment and you can only do that with Brie. She took everything off my plate with a smile and executed beautifully.
Hire Brie! she is the absolute best. -

I highly recommend Brie to anyone who needs a detail oriented wedding planner!!! There are not enough words to express how amazing Brie is. To give some context- We started the wedding planning process back in 2019 (pre Covid) then ended up postponing our wedding from September 6, 2020 to August 21, 2021. She was so helpful and ON TOP of everything during that difficult and annoying time. She did not let any vendors or details slip through the cracks. Every idea and vision I had, she made it happen. She is personable, patient, creative, responsive, and is amazing at what she does. She put up with my scattered thoughts/emails/texts/social media throughout the entire process and still managed to keep track of everything I wanted. She did an outstanding job making our wedding planning stress free. Our special day went off perfectly without any hiccups and was literally the BEST day ever. Thank you Brie! -

If you're looking for a wedding planner or coordinator, stop searching! You found her! Hiring Brie as our coordinator was honestly the best decision we made in all of wedding planning. If I could give her 10 stars, I would in a heartbeat! She was an absolute dream to work with. Our wedding was flawless and the day went so seamlessly. That was definitely due to her professionalism and attention to all details. During the weeks leading up to the wedding, she communicated with us to make sure our wedding day would be everything we ever dreamed of. She helped us finalize some details and provided some great ideas and guidance. Any concerns that were brought up to her in regards to the wedding day were all addressed immediately, and most times, were even taken care of before I even had a chance to bring it up to her. She had it all covered! On the wedding day, just knowing that Brie was there and was on top of everything made all the stress go away. She made the day so fun and enjoyable, and it truly felt like we were just hanging out with a friend we had known forever! Words cannot describe how grateful we are that we had Brie on our big day! Brie was an absolute dream to work with for our wedding! ❤️ Where do I even begin! We were one of the many weddings postponed nearly a year due to COVID-19 and Brie was there and along for the crazy ride. Brie came highly recommended from our wedding venue, Pelican Club in Jupiter, and after speaking with her on the phone, I knew she would be the perfect addition to help make our wedding go smoothly. She was a delight to work with, took all the stress off in creating a master timeline, answering my weird and needy questions in a timely fashion, and running the show during the rehearsal. She even sent my now husband and I a marriage book after we had to postpone with a sweet note. She's truly a kind person with great experience and just an all-around positive way about her. On your wedding day, you want to be surrounded by competent and good people who care, and Brie is all of those things and more. Knowledgeable, Professional and SO easy to work with!
Simply put, Brie is a lifesaver! When I had to cancel my original wedding plans due to COVID and completely start over planning a much different wedding, Brie was my first call. So glad I hired Breezy Bridal!
My brother and I wanted to celebrate our parents' 59th wedding anniversary and their birthdays by hosting a party. Brie of Breezy Bridal was a godsend! She listened to our ideas and suggestions and then helped coordinate an amazing party that our guests and the family thoroughly enjoyed. She created a floor plan, ordered tables and chairs, arranged the caterer and servers, helped plan the menu and decor. Her suggestions were spot on and her attention to detail was impressive. Breezy Bridal's fee was very reasonable and was money well spent. We were all able to enjoy the perfectly planned party because of Brie! -
