What can we say that hasn't already been said?? They are the best photographers who really go the extra miles (literally) for us. They drove all the way to Cleveland to take our engagement photos and then up to Gaylord a day before our wedding to scout out good picture locations. They stayed for the entire reception and even took more amazing pictures of us afterwards by the pool! The amount of time spent on our wedding before, during, and after- worth it! Darren and his wife Mandy are true professionals and quite the dynamic duo of photography superheros. We just LOVED them. I had an initial hour and a half phone call with Darren to go over his style of photography and how he does weddings, then he met with my now husband, Derek, and I for over an hour to go over his portfolio, chat with us and answer all of our questions. I am pretty sure we asked thousands. Darren made us so at ease and we selected him and Mandy to do our wedding/engagement photos. For our engagement photo session we went on a Sunday afternoon and spent well over the allotted time we had scheduled taking pictures. The engagement photos turned out stunning and we get so many compliments on them - Darren did such a fantastic job and made it easy. About 7 months before our actual wedding we had a phone conversation with Darren and Mandy to go over logistics of the wedding day. We spent time on the phone going over every part of the day with them. They sent us a google doc of a timeline with all of our important pictures laid out so they wouldn't miss any and it had all of the important members of the bridal party that we had to specify. This was probably one of the most helpful things throughout the wedding planning process - I am such a planner and Darren and Mandy made it easy for me to plan their part. About a month before the wedding we did a walk through of the ceremony and reception for about two hours. Darren and Mandy made sure they would get all of the pictures that we wanted and the run through was super important as they were able to map out the entire day. The actual wedding day, Darren and Mandy were amazing - they did everything they said they would and more and we got so many compliments from our guests as well. Mandy even set up a preview of some of our pictures for our guests in our cocktail space that she had playing during the cocktail hour. We truly can't say enough about these two - photography was one thing I was really anxious about because we really wanted to select the right people to really capture our day - we could not have picked better. Darren and Mandy were so organized and take great photos and really put our minds at ease for the whole day and we could not be happier. We got our wedding pictures back and absolutely loved them - they are everything we hoped for and more. All of our favorite moments from our wedding day were so artistically captured on camera and we can't wait to get our wedding album and prints to have showcased in our home together!

Extremely professional, incredibly talented and most of all, the most personable and down to earth. Darren and Mandy handled everything with such grace and professionalism. I cannot put into words how special and amazing these two are. dealing with our crazy family and wedding party, and having all of the extra work of sending things out of state, where we reside. We loved every minute of working with Darren and Mandy. They were incredibly organized, spent a lot of time with us over the phone and in person before the wedding making sure we were all on the same page, and that we would get exactly what we wanted. They took our Hollywood theme and found great ways to sneak it in without being over the top and created some truly beautiful movie poster re-creation photos for us during our engagement session that we used as decorations during our actual wedding day. We had so much fun working with them and every photo turned out wonderful. We could not recommend enough.
