Brandon Inn is a wedding and event venue in Brandon, Vermont. This historic country Inn is family owned in the quaint Vermont village of Brandon. It was established in 1786 and is listed on the National Register of Historic Places. The Inn is one of the oldest, continuously operating hospitality businesses in Vermont. Louis and Sarah Pattis acquired the Inn in 1988 and strives to run the Inn with a relaxed and friendly atmosphere.
Facilities and Capacity
The beautiful Inn is a stunning venue for weddings and events in any season. The Inn has comfortable public areas including inter-connecting dining rooms that can accommodate more than 200 guests. The Main Dining Room seats 100 guests. The Wicker Room is light and airy and can accommodate 50 guests. The Garden Room has sliding French doors that open to the patio and pool area. The Main Dining Room, Wicker Room and Garden Room can be combined to accommodate large celebrations.
The well maintained grounds feature an in-ground pool, patio and kitchen garden, wide lawns, and the Neshobe River. Their grounds make for a beautiful outdoor ceremony or lovely tented reception. The Inn also has a ballroom with floor to ceiling matching mirrors and hardwood floors. The ballroom can accommodate 50 guests.
The talented and friendly event staff work with you to choose the right spaces for your wedding events and coordinate a flawless day that flows from one event to the next. Brandon Inn offers overnight accommodations for you and your guests. There are 39 private rooms on the second, third and fourth floors. Each room is decorated with a private bathroom. Some suites have a whirlpool for special occasions and all rooms have individual air conditioning for warm months.
Innkeeper, Louis Pattis is an award-winning Austrian-trained Chef that creates delicious meals for all your wedding events. Their culinary team works with you to create custom menus for each special event. Their menu is extensive and packed full of fresh ingredients. Beautiful venue at an exceptionally affordable price. We had a winter wedding and it was perfect there because the atmosphere was very cozy. Guests could stay in one place for all aspects of the event which was great for inclement weather. We had some negative experiences while trying to decorate the day before the wedding as they had other events going on and were not very helpful but I suspect this was just due to one employee. The rest of the staff was very helpful, flexible, and friendly. Overall, they created a very special day for us. Also, the food was exceptional. Many of our guests commented on the quality of the food and venue as compared to other weddings they had been too.Sent on 02/22/2012
