We specialize in the Country wedding, casual style, comfort food. Low and slow smoked meats, mac n cheese, beans, potatoes. Home made salads, cornbread with honey butter, and more. Rehersal dinner, reception, family breakfast buffet day after wedding we can take care of all your food needs.

We are a small husband and wife business with a few part - time employees.

Our commercial kitchen is equipped for your catering needs. We are licensed, permitted and insured catering company. We have many years experience catering all kinds of events large and small.

We have closed our restaurant to concentrate on catering and special orders.

Absolutely amazing catering with caring people

I would highly recommend Bonanza Barbecue to anyone for any event. The food was delicious and their hospitality was very professional and pleasant. Our wedding guest shared with us how good the food was. We will definitely use them again for other events in the future.

Delicious Wedding BBQ!

We had Bonanza BBQ for our wedding and it was amazing. Alicia was easy to communicate with and answered all questions. They were able to accommodate our 140 person wedding and the food was ready early. We had a nice selection of meat, delicious sides, and great salads. Staff did a great job setting up buffet style and laid out all the food nicely. Everyone was wonderful to work with! Made our wedding extra special!

Absolutely incredible

Bonanza bbq was the most amazing wonderful delicious food. They are very professional everyone at my wedding wanted there contact information.. it's a must if you need wonderful catering for any of your big days thank you bonanza bbq

Dan and Christina catered our daughters wedding we had pulled pork ,chicken and brisket. The mac and cheese wow, along with the beans. They did not disappoint, comments were for one person ,they have been to lots of weddings this was the best in fifty years. Dan and Christina are awesome and the food amazing you won't be disappointed

The food was amazing- my guests are still raving about it! Even my other vendors said Bonanza BBQ is their favorite caterer! Chris and Dan are so easy to talk to, they walked me through everything, came out the day before, arrived early, stayed late- truly phenomenal service!
