Hiring Megan as our wedding planner was the best decision we could have made for our special day. From the moment we met her, we knew we were in good hands. Lori, put simply, is an absolute dream to work with- and hiring her was the best decision we made in our entire wedding planning process. She is so responsive, transparent, and kind- and made wedding planning as easy as possible. She is energetic in a way that takes so much of the stress out of wedding planning--- it really felt like we were working with a friend. Working with Boldly Chic Events was hands down one of the best decisions we have ever made. Our planner, Megan, was incredible - she is thorough, knowledgeable, a passionate advocate for her clients, and she went above and beyond our expectations. Planning a wedding is not easy, let alone a wedding scheduled for April 2020 as the pandemic began. Megan held our hand the whole way through, helped us reschedule and plan a small, intimate ceremony a month later, and made sure our special day remained so. We are so grateful for her and Boldy Chic for making our dreams come true. While our original plans didn’t work out, our wedding day is still a day we will never forget not only because we said “I Do” but because Megan was there to celebrate with us and made sure our day was perfect. The best part is that we gained a lifelong friend through this process and we truly don’t know what we would have done without her. Choosing Lori from Boldly Chic to plan our June 2019 wedding in Manhattan was HANDS DOWN the best decision we made in the entire wedding process. We knew that we wanted to hire a wedding planner and while meeting with Lori we immediately connected with her and hired her to be our wedding planner. From that point on she was an absolute godsend. She helped us scout venues so that we found the perfect venue and made sure that we booked AMAZING vendors!! She also really made sure to listen to our feedback so that we were really happy with all of our choices, no matter how picky we were! Once we chose vendors, we had very little else to worry about!! Lori communicated and coordinated with all of the vendors so that everything flowed seamlessly and we could just show up to meetings and pick what we wanted without having to worry about communicating with everyone! Lori also did an unbelievable job in making our wedding vision come to life. While we had a general idea of what we wanted, Lori had the best ideas that we would have never thought of so that our wedding was above and beyond what we could have even imagined!!!
On the day of our wedding, Lori had everything planned perfectly such that we had no worries about where we were supposed to be or what we were supposed to be doing! We and our families were just able to completely enjoy the day knowing that Lori and Megan were taking care of everything! We even had a day-of guest change and I told Lori not to worry about the seating cards because they had already been printed so I knew we couldn’t change it and instead she told me that Megan would calligraph the changes so that no one would even know the difference!! Like I said, above and beyond!! The day was absolutely the best day of our lives and would not have been so if we hadn’t made the decision to hire Lori and Boldly Chic. Long story short – HIRE LORI AND HER TEAM!! You will not regret it!!

When we began planning for our June 2019 with a guest list of approximately 300, we were on the fence about whether we needed a wedding coordinator or not. Boldly Chic Events was one of the BEST decisions we made for our wedding. We chose Boldly Chic Events' Month-Of Wedding Coordination package and had Megan Painter as our lead wedding planner. Even though we had a "month-of" package, Megan was immediately available to us upon booking via email for vendor recommendations, guidance, and advice. All the vendors they recommended, and we booked turned out to be excellent. I greatly utilized the custom, month-to-month planning timeline Megan created to keep me on track making sure I completed planning items at the appropriate times for the wedding. Megan attended our planning meeting with our reception venue and was CC'd on our various vendor planning emails. It was a relief having an experienced set of eyes reviewing contracts and emails…any concerns she saw she voiced them to me right away. It was a seamless transition passing any remaining coordination and all vendor confirmations to her the month before the wedding. She, and her two assistants, the day of the wedding made sure we were running on schedule, coordinated all vendors, handled all behind the scenes coordination and issues, transported all items to the church and reception hall, set up items per our diagram at the reception hall, and loaded up gifts and our personal items at the end of the night. It was the best money I spent on the wedding hiring Boldly Chic Events! I cannot imagine having a wedding now without a planner like Megan! I highly recommend Boldly Chic Events!

Christine from BCE was an absolute godsend during our wedding planning. Having just moved to the Indianapolis area when we started planning, we didn't know anything about venues or vendors in the area. From the moment we sat down with Christine and Lori, we knew they were the team for us. Christine created the perfect planning package for us, giving us customized recommendations and easy access to her, then taking over everything the month of.

She was super fast to respond to every communication. She was organized (our day-of schedule was broken down to 15 minute blocks during some parts of the day!). She effortlessly wrangled vendors that had been previously slow to respond. She kept us updated without drowning us in unneeded detail.

The day of our wedding, she was calm and reassuring. She navigated a delay in our start time with sensitivity toward our family while still advocating for what we wanted. Even our family and bridal party commented on how wonderful she was.

I've repeatedly told friends and family that hiring BCE and the peace of mind they gave me was the best money I spent on my wedding. Christine and her team were exceptional to say the least.

Christine and Karastyn were AMAZING!! Christine was our lead planner and helped us out with so much to be ready for our day and Karastyn was there for rehearsal/day of and helped everything run so smooth. I can’t thank them enough for everything they did leading up to and during our big day. As with every wedding there were a couple hiccups (out of their control: outdoor ceremony planned and it was pouring, etc.) not only did they have a solution for every problem they ensured I was stress free, happy, and everything was perfect. So so nice, accommodating, and seriously experts in the field. You need them for your big day!!! I can’t imagine how things would’ve went without them, so grateful!

We worked with Christine from Boldly Chic and could not have been more impressed with her work. She kept everything so organized, and gave us ideas that we never would have come up with ourselves. We had a very long engagement, so we spent a long time getting to know her. She is super sweet and sassy, and the whole time it felt more like a friendship than client relationship. She took so much stress off of us, so that we could focus on what was important for us, completely avoiding the craziness of all the details.
