Blue Heron Barn is a modern and elegant wedding venue in Kalamazoo, Michigan. Our beautifully restored historic barn sits on five scenic acres along the Portage Creek and can accommodate weddings of up to 200 guests.
Our Kalamazoo wedding venue offers indoor and outdoor ceremony spaces, modern amenities, beautiful grounds, and plenty of personality. Think wildflowers, gorgeous sunsets, and packed dance floors.
We welcome couples from Kalamazoo, Grand Rapids, Battle Creek, Ann Arbor, Detroit, Chicago, and throughout West Michigan, Southwest Michigan and Northern Indiana.

Beautiful venue!!
I highly recommend the Blue Heron Barn! They made our wedding day so special and easy! We didn’t have to worry about anything and we were more than taken care of! Absolutely amazing to work with and we had the best day of our lives!

The Best Wedding Decision We Made!!!
Booking the Blue Heron Barn for our August wedding was one of the best wedding decisions we made! Bob and Tiffany were an absolute dream to work with and fully exceeded all of our expectations. I would recommend BHB to anyone looking for a wedding venue! Gorgeous venue and the sweetest people!

The Total Package
I have so much to say about this incredible venue, it’s difficult to even know where to start. Blue Heron Barn is the most beautiful wedding venue. In addition to the meticulously kept grounds and sparkling reception venue, the owners, Tiffany and Bob, are incredible hosts. They are such kind people and will stop at nothing to make your day perfect. If you are planning a Michigan wedding, do not miss your chance to book this adorable venue. My husband and I could not have dreamed of a more perfect day! Thank you again for all that you do!
