She’s the one

Shelby is amazing. I’m so glad I found her. I was working with another baker and I wasn’t happy with them, I felt like they were pushing me to choose something I didn’t like. Shelby is so professional and easy to work with . She was able to put exactly what I wanted on a cake, communicative and knowledgeable. Without mentioning the flavors she offers are deelicious.

High Recommend

I hired Blondie's Cakery to do my wedding cake and I'm so glad I did. Her cake is delicious. So delicious in fact that my husband and I only got the bites from our cake cutting because people forgot to save us a slice. We had a whole pie bar for the grooms cake so we weren't short on dessert either. My family still talks about that cake to this day and we have ordered smaller versions of it since then for family events. Lemon Blueberry if you are curious. Shelby was very professional and great to work with. The cake turned out exactly how I wanted to. I would highly recommend Blondie's Cakery.

Wedding Cake of My Dreams

Blondie's Cakery is the ABSOLUTE BEST. Shelby, owner, and I worked together for almost a year to finalize the design, flavors, size, etc. Shelby is so responsive and professional. She has a WIDE variety of flavors and fillings for you to choose. From our first consultation to the day she got a preview of me before the ceremony, Shelby has been so wonderful to work with. She provided extra samplings for our tasting and our box was clearly labeled with every detail. Our guests are still asking us who baked our cake. We can't wait to celebrate and have the topper for our anniversary :) She was so accommodating in transporting my 4-tier cake to our venue in downtown Dallas. Not only are her cakes amazing, but she has the best cookies for other celebrations as well! I highly recommend Blondie's for your wedding!

Spectacular Wedding Cake!

Blondie’s Cakery took care of my every need on my wedding day. The tasting before the wedding was so fun & she took my inspiration images that I gave her & nailed the design perfectly. I got the cake of my dreams & it was so yummy, people were going back for seconds.
