Wedding Coordinator Perfection!!

We cannot say enough amazing things about Bonnie and Bling and Buckles Events! Bonnie went above and beyond in every single way as my daughter's wedding coordinator. She worked seamlessly with every vendor, kept us perfectly on schedule, and anticipated needs we hadn’t even thought of. Anytime we forgot something, she had already planned ahead and brought it with her — true professional! From setup to takedown and full clean-up, Bonnie and her team handled everything flawlessly, allowing us to truly relax and enjoy the day.

Even in the months leading up to the wedding, Bonnie was incredibly organized, creating detailed timelines, schedules, spreadsheets, tracking payments, and keeping us fully informed every step of the way. She made what could have been a stressful process feel completely manageable.

Her commitment didn’t stop on wedding day — she even returned rental items for us afterward and handled deposits, which was such a huge help. She truly thought of everything, including having backup drinks and ice stored in her vehicle just in case. When we ran out of ice during the reception, she handled it instantly without hesitation.

Bonnie and her team delivered exceptional service from start to finish. I could not recommend Bling and Buckles Events more highly — if you want peace of mind and a flawless event, this is who you want by your side!

Bonnie was an amazing DOC

Bonnie & April were the best for our day of coordinators, and were super helpful before the day of our wedding; she was responsive and on time, and reasonably priced. The best decision we made was hiring Bonnie, and our wedding wouldn't have been as great without her!

Bonnie pulled all of our vendors together and made sure everything went smoothly. She also provided linens, coffee & tea bar, and did a fabulous job with our decorations and setting our tables. Bonnie also had all of the extras we didn't think about including cake cutting utensils, extra linens, and decorations.

Bonnie also smoothly handled inclement weather and a last minute ceremony set up, provided a special meal to the father of the bride who was sick the day of the wedding, handled a plumbing issue, and helped the bride and groom with their outfits, among so many other things we weren't aware of.

Lastly, Bonnie truly loves what she does and cares about your day. I had a memory flower vase for my mother and forgot to put it out and was worried I'd walk down the aisle and miss it. She ran out last minute to make sure the vase was out for the ceremony, and took special care to set it up, which meant so much to me.

Overall, Bonnie was fabulous for our wedding day, she was calm and collected, and overall just great to be around. I'm so happy we hired Bonnie, thank you!!

Wedding / Month of Coordination

Bonnie is AMAZING! She made my life so much easier and answered all my questions I had since this was all new to me. Bonnie made herself available at all times, and made me feel that my wedding was a high priority. She assisted with contracts and speaking to other vendors on my behalf. I used her for wedding coordination and decorating. I had the worst luck finding someone who understood my vision, luckily she did and made it come to life. Day of the Wedding, Danika and Bonnie showed up and took over, my family nor I had to assist decorating, or set up. I recommend Bonnie to all my engaged friends! 10/10

Wedding on a Sunday

We just got married on a Sunday at the Barn. Bonnie and her team were very helpful and professional. One of the things I loved about Bonnie, is that everytime I needed to ask her anything she would always respond quickly. Her customer service was excellent.

Spectacular!

Amazing Team!

Bonnie and her team are amazing! We could not have been more pleased working with them from start to finish. With everything going on with an event Bonnie and her team make sure that you do not have to think about anything related to their services. Extremally professional and truly felt like family. Appreciate their efforts and will certainly use them again and recommend to anyone needing world class service.

Forever thankful for this team

WOW WOW WOW!!!! Bonnie and Jessica went above and beyond for my special day. I’ve never been so relaxed in my life because they were able to take care of everything AND they were able to control my gigantic family. They are so professional & down to earth. They will always hold a special place in my heart!!! Forever thankful for everything!!!! 1000% recommend!!!!!

Day of coordinating

I cannot recommend these ladies enough! Not only are they super responsive but they are the sweetest. I had no issues from the time I initially reached out for a quote to when they were packing my car at the end of the wedding night. They knocked it out of the park decorating and keeping my day seamless. I cannot thank them enough for all the hard work they put into making sure I had the perfect day. I am forever grateful!!

Stress free day!

Jessica and Bonnie truly made my day! We hired them for day of coordinating, linen rentals and bartending services. Jessica and Bonnie went above and beyond and started preparing for wedding day months prior to the big day even though we technically only had them for the day of. I went in with a vision in my head but no idea how to execute and just gave the reigns to Bonnie and Jessica and they pulled everything together perfectly! They truly are the best and the sweetest! I am so grateful to have had them there to make sure my day went smoothly. I am only sad its over! I highly reccomend them for any event!

You have to hire them!!

Let me just say everyone told me that you need at least a day of coordinator! And when I say on the day of my wedding I did not lift a finger, but some way she made my vision come to life and that was all because of Bonnie. Because of her I was actually able to ENJOY my wedding. They took care of everything to all my bar and signature drinks, to creating my sweets table, to the little things like making sure I had a drink and plated a dinner plate for us as she made sure we had food. My wedding 110% would have not gone as smoothly and effortless without her. She even contacted all my vendors and everyone knew when and what was going to happen. Please to all my stress brides do yourself a favor and hire her!! You would not regret it!!
