Andre and team did a wonderful job catering our wedding! The food was delicious, and we were happy with the Italian buffet. Andre was very friendly, he and his staff were professional, and they were super accommodating and discreet with dietary restrictions. Plus, it's a wonderful value and not ridiculously expensive like many other caterers. Would absolutely recommend their services to anyone looking for the perfect wedding caterer!

We were so happy with the food and service from black diamond catering for our wedding in Breckenridge. The team was swift, clean, friendly, and attentive. And I can’t put into words how phenomenal the food was! We had prime rib, balsamic chicken, truffle mashed potatoes, seasonal veggies, rolls and cesar salad. Sue was so helpful with planning and the team made the the process extremely easy, from set up, to serving the cake, to clean up. We highly recommend black diamond gourmet!

I cannot recommend Black Diamond Gourmet enough! Andre answered all of our initial questions about menu options and organizing an out-of-state elopement meal and Sue was super responsive and accommodating with our last-minute requests and customizations of the menu. Everyone with BDG were superstars and were willing to work through everything with us. The food was amazing and we got so many compliments on everything.

We loved Black Diamond Gourmet! The food was delicious, they have a huge variety of options and the service was absolutely fantastic. Leading up to the wedding, they were super helpful with making tweaks to the menu, making suggestions and even going the extra mile by noticing errors in our seating chart. They were just lovely to deal with, in addition to the food being fantastic (the chef and owner is incredibly talented). Could not recommend them more!

Sue and her entire team at Black Diamond are incredible! They made the process from A to Z soooo easy for us. Sue very kindly met us on a weekend 1.5 years in advance of our wedding, helped us plan the entire menu and about 8 months later, we did the tasting, which was such a fun experience for us. The day of the wedding, her team showed up, had everything running smoothly and provided delicious food. In fact, all of our guests were RAVING about the food quality -- especially the bison (a treat for everyone who was out of town). Not to mention, her team was very attentive to us (the bride and groom) making sure we always had what we needed in terms of food and drink all night. Last but not least, they managed all the cleanup and we didn't have to monitor or micro-manage anything. In short, Black Diamond allowed us to show up and have the time of our lives, without having to worry about whether there were going to be any issues with the food. THANK YOU for playing such a big role in making this day so special for us.

Black Diamond Gourmet was the exclusive caterer for our wedding venue and we could not have been more pleased! We planned our wedding from out of state and appreciated Sue's responsiveness throughout the whole process. Our guests LOVED the food, especially the bison pot roast. 10/10 service and quality.

If I had to select one word to describe Black Diamond Gourmet, I would say "OUTSTANDING"

From A to Z, our experience with Black Diamond Gourmet was impressive, classy, and of course, delicious. We hired them for our wedding, and it is one of our favorite decisions that we made. We had both been to many weddings, from buffet style to served dinners, and we wanted the served dinner option. We were completely blown away by the level of class and service that they presented - way above our expectations, which were set fairly high.

Our guests enjoyed steak and trout, were served appetizers from trays being carried around the room, and the staff were even gracious enough to bring our drinks to our tables, which added another classy touch to the night.

We worked with Andre and Paul the most and found them both to be superior at what they do. We had a meeting the day before to make sure menu and drink items were all sorted, Paul spent time with our best man to make sure the recipes were the best they could be. This was an immense pressure off of our shoulders, allowing us to focus on other things while our friend acted as our proxy.

Paul was ridiculously outstanding at the reception, juggling who knows how many things while seeming cool as a cucumber. He also went above and beyond in the days following the wedding, trying, on our behalf, to take care of an unforeseen mini-crisis that came up after we had left for our honeymoon, again working with our best man so as to not bother us with the problem while on vacation.

From the little bit of interaction I had with the other staff members (it was a whirlwind of a night), I found them to also be incredibly helpful, sweet and professional.

I am so impressed with Black Diamond Gourmet; we wanted a classy reception, and they presented something well beyond our expectations. They made us feel like a king and queen, which added just another level of magic to our wedding day.

Black Diamond Catering handled the food for my wedding and provided the service staff for the bar and for dinner. Andre and his staff did an amazing job, all around! The food was great, the staff was extremely helpful and very professional, and everything went off without a hitch. I got married at a ranch and had to bring everything in myself. Andre and his staff set up all the tables and the buffet. The chairs had to be set up outside for the wedding and then, after the wedding, transferred in for dinner. The staff handled it without anyone even noticing. Again, the food was really good, all the feedback that I received from the guests was great and the bar staff also did a great job. Finally, Andre was great to work with prior to the wedding. He listened to what I wanted and made appropriate suggestions. I never had to tell him anything twice. Overall, I would highly recommend him!

Andre and his staff are wonderful. I just had a small wedding at the Silverthorne Pavilion (45 guests), and Andre was perfect. The food was wonderful (how you can prepare that many steaks correctly offsite, keep them warm, and not even use the Pavilion's oven is beyond me, but they did it). The mashed potatoes were the best I have ever tasted (no exaggeration), and the salmon was phenomenal.

Andre came in and set up the tables right when venue opened, he ran according to the schedule, and, although I didn't get a chance to try the appetizers, everyone loved them, particularly the Mediterranean platter.

Prior to the wedding, Andre was incredibly responsive. He goes above and beyond what I would expect from a vendor. He was very accommodating and would answer the phone far beyond normal office hours including weekends to talk about the smallest details, which he never forgot. For anyone planning a destination wedding, this guy is perfect in terms of not only skill as a chef, but in responsiveness.

If I had an award for the most awesome vendor at my wedding, Andre and his team would get it. That's saying a lot since all of my vendors were great!

By the way, Black Diamond Gourmet is a food and alcohol caterer (I only used their food services). I don't know why the category is under "other."
