The BBQ was the perfect choice for our Vermont wedding. The flavors were spot-on, with that smoky, savory goodness that makes you want to go back for seconds (or thirds). The duck, brisket, smoked salmon, and chicken were all melt-in-your-mouth good, and the sides were just as amazing—comfort food at its best. They really nailed the down-to-earth, delicious vibe we were going for.

But it wasn’t just the food that made Black Diamond stand out. The team was such a pleasure to work with—super friendly, organized, and on top of every detail. They made the planning process easy and stress-free, and on the day of, they were calm, professional, and just genuinely nice people. They set everything up perfectly and made sure everything ran smoothly, all while keeping things laid-back and fun.

Jason and his staff were phenomenal!! We planned our whole wedding internationally and Jason was communicative throughout the entire process. He was flexible and accommodating, gave great suggestions while deciding on our menu, and on the day of the wedding was prompt, professional, and had amazing staff serving. We got the best compliments on how delicious the food was -- the guests were all raving! I would highly recommend Black Diamond Barbeque!!

Jason is amazing, he is doing our food and bar. He was very fexable and helpful. We changed our menu a few times and he was great with helping and trying to stay in budge. The tasting was perfect the food is amazing. Just want we wanted for our special day!

Black Diamond was amazing. The food was incredible and the staff was wonderful, polite, and really quick. So quick in fact that they started throwing away our reusable/green beer cups that we had intended everyone to use all night! We had to get them to stop and go out to buy extra classy red Solo cups :o) Just make sure that you or someone else talks to them about your special requests ahead of time, if you have any.

We are so happy we went with Black Diamond for our wedding day, and quickly learned they are wayyy more than just bbq. We drove up from Jersey to do our tasting and had a great time trying all the different options and solidifying our menu. We decided on buffet style for dinner and people were *actually* eating. From the apps (highly recommend the pulled pork sliders and stuffed mushrooms), to the dinner with the “best salmon” our guests ever had (no joke, we got that comment many times), to the ice cream bar, to the late night flat breads, we are so happy we went with them for our wedding day.
