Not every experience needs a full-time event planner. Most DIY brides, grooms, and planners alike find joy in creating their own experiences. While our clients dive into the day-to-day planning, they prefer to put us in charge of the day-of onsite execution.
Typical services include:
1. Attending the final walk-throughs & rehearsals.
2. Executing flow plans and day-of logistics.
3. Main onsite contact for everyone day-of.
4. Setting up personal touch elements such as place cards, signage, small decor, gifting, etc.
5. Ensuring the flower girls makes it down the aisle and everything in between.

HOW IT STARTED
As a Hollywood Event Producer, Alyssa Schutter curates Bespoke events for your favorite Television Series and Films. With 10+ years of experience in event production, she currently serves as the Executive Director, Events at one of Hollywood’s largest Motion Picture and Television Studios. There, she leads all planning, design, and execution efforts for the Studio’s main events and experiences.
Given her professional background, she’s frequently brought in last minute by family members and friends to handle the day-of logistics for their weddings and events as a personal day-of Wedding and Event manager. She founded Bespoke Events LA, as a way to help DIY planners who are in need of professional day-of-event support, after years of mentoring others in her trade.
