We had an excellent experience with Ben's Backdraft BBQ catering our wedding. We got married in TN. Ben was willing and able to travel that far for us. He was very flexible with our menu choices and offered samples to make sure we got what we liked! He also offered us several options for serving. We knew it would be best to have him stay and serve, so the food would stay clean and well portioned. They did a fantastic job serving and were very nice to all of our guests! He went above and beyond when we had a medical emergency during our wedding. He made sure to set aside plenty of food for those involved in getting help and rendering aid to our grandpa, ensuring they ate before giving out seconds. We didn't have a coordinator, but between him and our photographer working together to time things out, it went great!
We even had them sign our log in piece!
We didn't have any complaints that day, and a lot of people left with full bellies and a smile!

Ben's Backdraft Barbeque was the perfect decision for our wedding dinner! We chose the 2 meat, 2 side option with brisket, chicken, mac and cheese, and baked beans. They also provided mixed bread (rolls, cornbread, and hushpuppies) with our meal. The value for the food was amazing! The food was hot, the portions were huge, and everything was very tasty! Throughout the booking process, Ben and his wife, Bayley, were very kind and easygoing. They accommodated all of our gluten free and vegan guests (just recommend giving a list of names to ensure everyone gets their appropriate meal). Overall, we were very happy with our choice to book with Ben's Backdraft Barbeque!!
