The owner Kathleen was amazing. She fit me in and made sure that I was going to get the dress of my dreams. She did not settle on a "Just Okay" dress. Kathleen has helped multiple women in my family find their dream dress, and I am so happy I got to find mine with her.

They are very nice and helpful. They do not follow you around the store while you pick out your dress. Once you have picked your dresses they are helpful in pointing out dresses all over your price range. My range went up to $1,200 and the dress I picked ended up being $600. I was very happy by the time I left the store, they also thankfully offer payment plans. It was a very good experience.

Bend Wedding & Formal always delivers what they promise! Kathleen and her associate, Dakota, did a fabulous job of helping us choose our "Black Tie" attire for the wedding of good friends. Even knowing that we were slightly demanding (last minute timeframe, or own disorganization, etc.) they did everything they could to satisfy all our needs! I greatly appreciate their professionalism and good humor. Scoring a great deal didn't hurt either!

I was treated like I was on rodeo drive baby. That was for my dress

I went in on a Saturday afternoon to look for my dress and my bridesmaids dresses with no appointment. Just to look. I had been other places and had no service whatsoever. Nicki, greeted me and asked how she could help me and she did. I walked out that day having placed orders for bridesmaid dresses and my dress in hand. She helped me find my accessories too. I went back and purchased my cake topper too. Nicki was great and my overall experience was wonderful. I would highly recommend Bend Wedding and Formal for your occasion.

the ladies at Bend Wedding and Formal are fabulous. When faced with a dress disaster from another store, they stepped up and found the most perfect dress I could have dreamed of.

The women in Bend Wedding and Formal were, without a doubt, incredible! They were so helpful and attentive. The owner stepped in and helped me find my perfect dress. She found it! Only the second dress I tried on. And when I requested that about half of the dress be cut off, she was wonderful in making my idea a reality. The work done to the dress was more than perfect. She took so much of the stress off my shoulders after our appointment. I can't imagine that I made things easy on them; being that my wedding was less than two weeks away and I hadn't had a dress yet! I felt really special with the time and attention the devoted to me and my dress. They were warm and inviting and accommadating. They made sure that my dress was exactly the way I requested it and had it finished at least three days before my wedding date. (Which was SUCH a sigh of relief.) They also took care of all the tuxedos for the men in our wedding. My husband got exactly what he wanted and looked incredible. The groomsmen and our fathers were so sharp looking. They made sure that Chase and I stood out from the rest but made the rest of our wedding party look sharp as well. They matched the vest and tie colors to a tee of my wedding colors. Everything was done in a timly manner and went off without a hitch. Their store also has some of the most increible accessories! We were able to purchase our signature guest frame, beautiful chamange glasses, the perfect veil, and shoes from them. My day was that much more perfect with their help. I can't thank them enough for all that they did for Chase and I. They honestly helped us in our time of need and made us (and our mothers) the happiest we could have ever been.

No muss no fuss. We had been to a few stores to rent tuxedos and it just seemed complicated and expensive. They made it very simple. Choose a jacket, choose pants, choose shirt, choose tie. She put it all together so we could see what it looked like. Tried on jackets. And was measured. Paid deposit all in less than 30 mins. Can't comment on the actual quality of the product yet. We'll see how that goes.
Also went in to get a quote for dress alteration which was very reasonable.
Overall a no frills operation which I prefer

I bought my dress used and had to have it sized from a 14 to an 8/10. After pricing out multiple seamstresses in the area I chose Bend Wedding & Formal-they were $300-$500 cheaper than anywhere else I looked.

They were so patient and worked with me until my dress was exactly what I wanted. I couldn't have asked for anything more.

I took my dress here to get it taken in, hemmed, bustled, and I also added cups and straps. Maggie was quite helpful and pleasant and pretty speedy! My dress ended up being a few sizes too big but once she pinned it in it already looked better. I can't wait to see it completed!
