The staff is friendly and the store has a large selection. I tried on about 5 or 6 dresses until I found mine. I had my dress altered there as well and they were super quick, my dress was ready about 2 weeks before my wedding day.

I drove all the way from Medford to Drain to try on a very specific Maggie Sottero dress. They were so accommodating for all of the dresses that I ended up trying on. I feel in love with another dress at this store and they were so helpful while I was trying to decide what dress I wanted! The one I got ended up being a sample in my size that was being discontinued. It was a perfect dress that fit my personality wonderfully. Highly recommend this place!

A bride doesn't just need the cheapest dress, she needs to be fitted properly. a wedding dress is not something you just grab off the rack or online based on what you think your size is. It's about how the dress is fitted to you!! Don't settle for inexperienced associates hired for a summer job. Go with experience! Don't go for fancy shops and a small selection. Who knew that the best dress store in Oregon was out in Drain? Bonnie was amazing. She was incredibly kind and helpful, and she worked with me to create the dress I wanted. She has a great selection, and everything is much more personal than the bigger stores. I highly recommend her to anyone!

All the staff at Exclusively Bridal were extremely helpful and nice, despite me worrying about little things (did we take the right measurements a week after the dress was ordered...yes, we did). I had tried on many dresses at a couple different stores, and then Bonnie said that the two dresses I like a lot, in the CasaBlanca line, could be combined into a dress I wanted...we took what I liked of each dress and it was put together. I was worried how it would turn out, but I fell in love with it just opening the bag. All the alterations were done in time...I even saw another bride coming in the week before her wedding, just picking out a dress, and Bonnie was going to work with her to get her dress done in that short time. I would recommend coming as soon as you can, as with the Bridal showcase time and prom, the staff can be a little stressed. All the dresses are under $1500. Family run!

I loved the variety of styles and colors available. I didn't want a traditional dress and was really disappointed wit the selection at another shop. Came here and found 3 I loved and ended up finding the one! I absolutely love my dress and was so pleased with the service. They were very attentive and incredibly courteous. More than happy to recommend them :-)

I had a great experience picking out my dress. I even made custom changes that required sending pictures to the manufacturer. I think Bonnie went above and beyond to make sure I got the dress how I wanted and I love it! However when I stopped by to pick up my dress I was struck by how unprofessional the shop seemed. It was after school on a weekday and the store turned into a daycare. It was full of the owners' young grandkids, one who spilled grape juice on the carpet while I was there. Why anyone would allow a young child to have grape juice in a bridal store was mind boggling. Then when the owner was helping me pick out shoes her mother interrupted her to eavesdrop on the telephone on a conversation that one of the kids was having. She must not have liked what she heard because when I left she was preaching to the kid, full on "And Jesus said, thou shall not..." with scriptures quoted. I would guardedly recommend them to a friend. They have a good selection of dresses, but not the most professional experience I've ever had. They're good if you don't want to drive to Portland to find a dress. I'm not using them for alterations, so I can't comment on that.
