We had such a wonderful experience with Bellissima from beginning to end! Monica is an incredibly kind and thoughtful person and boutique owner - she created such a special place for us to find my perfect gown and veil without any judgement or pressure. When I was torn between two styles, she went out of her way to work with Lea-Ann Belter designers to create a custom gown combining the pieces of each that I loved and at no extra cost! The alteration process was easy and fun - I always felt that I was in great hands with Monica and her team. My experience at Bellissima was one of my favorite parts of the entire wedding planning process!

I had gone to a couple of other boutiques before Bellissima and I'm honestly so glad it worked out that way! During the other appointments I was able to confirm the silhouette and neckline I was wanting, but I just didn't have any luck with finding the perfect gown. Once I got to Bellissima, Monica had pulled the most perfect choices which made it such an easy decision! She knew exactly what I was looking for and was able to add in other details to make the dress extra special and just right for me. She has an incredible variety of dresses so I can't imagine anyone not finding their dress there!

Since both my niece and my nephew’s wife had found their dresses at Belissima, it was the first bridal salon we contacted when my daughter became engaged. Monica (the owner) is careful both before and during the appointment to learn more about the bride’s vision and wedding plans. Her selection is deep, and she encouraged my daughter to try on a range of possibilities, listening carefully to her feedback. Our appointment was private and relaxed in Belissima’s light-filled space, and Monica called the designer during our appointment to check the possibilities of combining a skirt from one dress with the bodice from another as well as widening straps and ordering a dress in a different fabric. We felt zero pressure to make a purchase that day, but after visits to two other salons, it was clear that Belissima is head and shoulders above the rest. We are thrilled our daughter will become the third Belissima bride in the family!

I cannot speak highly enough of Monica and Bellissima. She and her team were so helpful throughout the entire process and made it so easy and seamless. The shop itself is gorgeous and very private. I cannot recommend it enough!

Go to Bellissima if you want the most personable dress shopping experience. It's a small shop in Winston-Salem, NC with a whole lot of charm. Monica, the owner, knows exactly how to find you the dress of your dreams. After buying the dress, she stayed in contact, responded to numerous emails and helped with alterations as our wedding was pushed back several months. I also purchased my wedding day earrings from here, which I LOVE.

Bellissima was the first place I went to look for a dress! I ended up picking maybe the 5th one I tried on. They were so helpful and patient with me as I was trying to make up my mind. They found me the absolute perfect dress! Went so well with the venue and made me feel so beautiful. They stayed in contact during Covid which was really helpful. And the alterations were perfect! I can’t believe the quality they were able to do I’m such a short amount of time! They are a smaller boutique but it’s so nice that you get a more personal experience for one of the most important aspects of your wedding!

I bought my wedding dress from Bellissima and I loved my experience! Before I went to try on dresses, I spoke with Monica about what I wanted and my budget. I chose a beautiful dress that fit nicely in my bedget! I also had all my alterations done at Bellissima and they custom made a bolero for me too! I really loved the personal experience I got at Bellissima and could tell that they were genuinely invested in my happiness. Working with the ladies at Bellissima has been a lovely experience in every way! The boutique is adorable and has a beautiful selection of gowns. Shopping there was such a special experience for me and the girls who went shopping with me. I appreciated the fact that there is only one bride booked at a time. Monica listened to what I described wanting and encouraged me to trust my gut feeling. She could tell what I was looking for even when I got a little overwhelmed with different styles of dresses, and she patiently guided me back to what I felt most like a bride in. I ended up with a custom gown by choosing the top of one gown and the bottom of another by the same designer. Monica could see the vision and I'm so glad that I went with the dress even though I couldn't see the exact gown before ordering it. I ended up with a dress that is uniquely me!
My dress came in with no complications and the alterations process has also been a breeze. Both Monica and Brittney have been so sweet in answering any questions I've had and I've looked forward to going back to the store each time for my fittings. I can't wait to wear the finished product on my big day.

Bellissima's is a wonderfully charming bridal shop in Winston- Salem! They have a gorgeous selection of gowns. Our daughter chose a beautiful David Bullock gown, and she was even able to meet the designer when he came for a trunk show!
Their knowledge, expertise and service is excellent. A couple of alterations were needed and they were done beautifully! The seamstress also created a custom jeweled sash combining a jeweled belt and a beautiful sash from the gown.
We cannot recommend this shop highly enough!!
