Our wedding took place on November 17, 2024, at The Treasury in St. Augustine, Florida—a venue Clara had never worked at before. You would have thought she had planned 100 weddings there. She took command of the space with elegance and total professionalism, making the day run so smoothly that we didn’t have a single moment of stress. She coordinated vendors, handled logistics, managed transitions, and still found time to make sure we were eating, smiling, and soaking in every second.

From the earliest planning stages to the final moments after the wedding, Clara was our guide, our advocate, and our support system. She worked tirelessly behind the scenes to make sure our vision came to life—and often brought ideas and insights we never even knew we needed. There was not a single detail she overlooked. I could not have imagined my wedding without Bellasposa and Delaney, my coordinator, specifically. Jen, the owner, was warm, inviting, and knowledgeable from our first conversation and it made hiring her team a no brainer. When we first started working with Delaney about a month and a half ahead of our wedding, it was immediately clear that she knew her stuff. She asked all the right questions, put us on the right track, and made sure all of the work we had done leading up was cohesive and coordinated. Delaney was extremely organized and communicative, from answering my texts, calls, and emails throughout the planning process to putting together a clear and thorough master timeline that she shared with all of my vendors to make sure everyone was on the same page. I quickly felt so relieved knowing we had put our trust in Delaney. Best of all, I felt like I truly was so comfortable with her; she was supportive and encouraging, like a friend would be! Delaney was able to corral our crazy families during the rehearsal and on the day of the wedding, kept everything running perfectly smoothly, and put together the reception room of our dreams! I also want to shoutout Megan, the assistant coordinator, for all of her kindness and help; Megan was a ray of sunshine on the day of the wedding and was detail oriented in making sure everything went off without a hitch. I am endlessly grateful for Delaney and her expertise, kindness, patience, and big heart, and to Bellasposa for helping us make sure our wedding was everything we wanted and more!

My wedding was two weeks ago and it was absolutely perfect and truly even better than I could have imagined and it’s all thanks to Bella Sposa Events! I cannot recommend Bella Sposa, especially our lead planner Michal, enough!! Michal made everything about the planning process go so smoothly and was so communicative and always answered any questions I had along the way via text or email. She was able to help me reach out to vendors and make sure everything was on track with them and kept me up to date during our monthly phone calls. She was super helpful with keeping me on track as well making sure I was working on making all the decisions on my end such as music choices and who was giving toasts, etc. And even though Michal made the planning process so easy and stress free I was truly blown away by the amazing work she and her assistant coordinator Amanda put in on the day of the wedding. I had DIYed all of my flowers and most of my decor and while I got it all to the venue Michal and Amanda set everything up exactly as I had imagined it and I know it was SO much work but they pulled it off effortlessly and brought my Pinterest dreams to life! We also had a few little bumps in the road due to the recent hurricane affecting the venue spaces we were going to use and Michal kept me so calm and confident that everything was going to work out and she advocated for me with the venue to make sure that everything was still going to be amazing despite the obstacles. During the rehearsal and on the day of the wedding they also made sure everyone was where they needed to be and that everything ran smoothly and even though I’m very type A and have a hard time not being in control of everything it was so easy to pass that off to them and trust that they had everything handled and I didn’t have to worry about a thing! All in all 1. Yes you do need a wedding planner, it makes all the difference and 2. Absolutely choose Bella Sposa Events and ask for Michal!! You will be so happy you did :))

We got married in April, planning from a distance since we live in Colorado. I truly would not have managed to plan this wedding as well as I did without Clara holding my hand the entire process. We had a pretty tight and difficult timeline, and without her it could have easily gotten messy and overwhelming. But instead it was the most calm and seamless day. She helped me create the most beautiful ideas, and it came out perfectly. It was honestly such a labor or love between me, my husband, and Clara. She is now someone I consider a friend. If you can, absolutely book with Bellasposa and ask for Clara!!

Kayla and Michal were absolutely wonderful to work with! I truly could not imagine the day of my wedding going so smoothly without them. Kayla was a tremendous help the month of tying up loose ends, communicating with our vendors, and answering all of my questions very quickly.

I cannot recommend Clara Brown at Bella Sposa enough for wedding coordination. I had zero worries leading up to my wedding day and the day of because she was always 10 steps ahead and had everything planned perfectly. She is absolutely incredible at her job and I would hire her a million times over for my wedding day. On the day of, her and her assistant Olivia (who was wonderful too!) made sure that my husband and I always had a drink, food when needed and went so much as to help me change my shoes mid photo session. I cannot thank Clara and her entire team enough, she absolutely made our wedding dreams come true.

Michal and Olivia were incredible. I felt like I was in great hands from the very first call with Michal. She was kind and fun and had incredible suggestions. The day of our wedding was so smooth (or if it wasn’t I had literally no idea because that’s how incredible they were). Our wedding felt perfect and calm and it’s absolutely because the Bella Sposa team had it all under control. 10/10… really like 10000/10. I can’t suggest them enough!

Clara was easy going and very good with organizing and detailing the wedding event. Overall, it worked out great!
