During our planning call, she was able to take very vague ideas from us and almost instantly put to paper a perfect proposal of everything we could desire for our wedding florals. Working with Lindsay was an absolute dream - from our very first meeting, it was clear she understood our vision and would create our dream wedding floral! We truly had no idea what we were getting into when we got engaged in the Fall of 2022, the number of vendors we needed to sort out was definitely overwhelming (especially when there are so many great options in and around Chicago)! We had such a great experience with Lindsay and Bella Flora though that made it all seem easier.

Lindsay was one of the first people we had a pleasure of speaking with as we started developing our vision for our big day. One of the things we loved MOST about her (setting aside the obvious skill and artistry of her team's work, which we were already in love with from Instagram and other reviews) was how upfront and honest she was with us. She helped us by giving her opinion on how best we might utilize our medium budget to get the most meaningful things for us on the big day. We wanted to make sure we had those WOW moments we were really looking for, and we absolutely did! The extensive rental catalog she has is a life saver, and really helped ease our minds about the one-off items you know you need, but don't necessarily want to purchase and keep forever like table numbers and card boxes. We went through a few different mood boards as the design of the day evolved over the next year or so, and Lindsay was so helpful in chatting through some of the finer detail. Like what should we do if all the bridesmaids are in different colored dresses? Does that affect what kind of bouquet they carry? We knew we were in for a treat when our big day finally came. She was also very professional about providing recommendations and feedback when our vision wasn't complete in a particular area, and that was incredibly valued as you really can't think of everything yourself.

The morning of when the bouquets were brought into the getting-ready space... it was truly magical and my jaw definitely went through the floor. The colors were PERFECT. The flowers just screamed fall elegance, just as we'd hoped, and you could absolutely see that flow through to the décor we saw later on at the ceremony and reception. We ended up choosing the geometric gold arch she offered for our ceremony backdrop, and were able to use it in the reception space as well for formal family photos and fun Instagram moments for the guests later on. The minimalist clusters of bright oranges, rust, and burgundy flowers on the arch were stunning. Everyone was obsessed. The groom may or may not have teared up a little bit when we got our preview of the reception space before all the guests entered.

All in all, could not recommend Lindsay and this team more. They were all incredibly responsive, helpful, up front, timely, and the worlds' greatest professionals with their timeliness and flexibility on the day of the wedding.

My husband and I are so thankful that Bella Flora was suggested to us, because not only did Lindsay make the floral look we envisioned even better than we thought, she also showed a level of experience and skill that made the process and the wedding day itself so much easier. When we met with Lindsay to go over what we wanted, she told us everything we needed to know, and ended up answering all of our prepared questions before it was time for us to ask them! I am so glad I booked with Bella Flora for our wedding in May 2022. We had neutral dress colors so I wanted the flowers to pop with color and the flowers definitely delivered! Lindsay was so easy to work with, I would send inspiration from her Instagram and even sent her pictures of what our programs would look like with florals on it and she completely matched the look with our flowers day of.
