We had an amazing experience using Trudy’s Flowers in Naperville. We went to a bridal show at Cantigny, and realized that most of the floral arrangements we liked best were done by Trudy’s. We met with Julie, the owner. At the initial appointment she showed us several scrapbooks with photos of events she had done. We wanted something unique for centerpieces and flowers, so Julie took a lot of time working with us to draw out our vision and ran with it. She was very willing to answer our phone calls, and was extremely accommodating when we needed to make several changes with our order after the original contract was written. It turned out better than we ever expected. The detail and creativity that was in all of our centerpieces, the bouquets and the boutonnieres were breathtaking! Many of our guests commented on how beautiful and unique the flowers were. Our experience with Trudy’s was phenomenal. In the end, we got what we asked for: beautiful, unique, affordable wedding flowers. We would recommend Trudy's for any occasion.

Gorgeous flowers!!

I HIGHLY recommend Trudy’s Flowers! I didn’t have a clear vision of what I was looking for in flowers, and Jocelyn really helped to fine tune and develop the vision/idea that I was thinking of. I was STUNNED by the flowers when they arrived the morning-of, they were a million times more beautiful that I could have imagined. Thank you Jocelyn!!!

I was referred to Trudy's by a wedding planner in the area, Julie is the owner and was very easy to work with. On my first appointment we went over some pictures of other events she did and asked me what my colors were and how I wanted the flowers to look. I knew I wanted fall colors and Julie did a great job picking affordable flowers within my budget and made them look amazing! I found some crystal drops online that I wanted to incorporate into the table arrangements, Julie was responsive to the idea and they came out so great! Many of my guests commented on how beautiful the flowers and bouquets looked, and I was so pleased with the way everything turned out. Julie and her team did a really great job and I would certainly recommend Trudy's for any occasion.

Amazingly beautiful flowers

Trudy's flowers made our wedding look amazingly beautiful. Working with Jocelyn was such a delight. The recommendations she has given after sharing with her our vision were spot on. The flowers were beautiful beyond how we pictured them to be. She has done a fabulous job with our pergola and the whole ceremony scene were simply picture perfect. The reception center pieces were classy and beautiful. My bouquet even lasted for a week. Trudy's for sure delivered exceptional service and we couldn't thank Jocelyn enough for her hard work and high attention to detail. If we can give her 10 stars, we will.

5 Stars is not nearly enough. Trudy Flowers was truly a joy to work with. Our main contact was Jocelyn and she was really quick to respond to all questions and really made us feel at ease during the whole process. It was quite easy to be honest. We left a lot of final detail up to them because we saw how talented they are. We basically picked out the flowers, the pieces for our center pieces and they made it all come to life. I received so many compliments on our flowers, my bouquet, the center pieces and bridal party flowers. They are a florist that I would recommend to anyone looking for a florist that can bring to life your vision. They are truly talented and trust worthy. The wedding day was absolutely seamless. Thank you Trudy's Flowers!!!!

Jocelyn was a joy to work with, very professional and provided recommendations and ideas to accent the bridal party, the church and reception venue to make it very special, while keeping it within our budget. She made suggestions on what not to purchase as well, and where we could re-purpose flower arrangements as we
moved from the ceremony to the reception. We really appreciated Jocelyn's demeanor, and everything was delivered on time without a hitch.

I went in to Trudy's with a few pictures and a color scheme that I wanted, the people I met with were very helpful with giving me ideas for flowers and helped me pick out shades of colors that would blend. I went back about 2 weeks before my wedding and added a few more corsages and boutonnieres and asked if they could put ribbon on the bouquets. They were very patient and helpful and I was more than happy with how the flowers looked all day long!

Highly Recommend!

Trudy’s was amazing to work with for our wedding. We worked with Jocelyn for all of the planning; during our initial consultation she did an amazing job of listening to what we wanted and giving us options within our budget. Once she put together a sample bouquet I knew we had to hire Trudy’s!
Our wedding was impacted by the pandemic. When it came to moving our date Trudy’s made it extremely easy. As we got closer to the new date, Jocelyn was awesome about making the changes we requested and making sure she was clear on what we wanted.
The day of our wedding, the flowers added the perfect pop of color we were hoping for. All of the arrangements and bouquets were more beautiful than I ever could have imagined. It’s clear that Jocelyn and the team at Trudy’s love what they do. I highly recommend them!

I had many changes with my order after the original contract was written. Julie at Trudy's Flowers was very willing to answer my e-mails and even sit down with me at one point to discuss everything again. I was very pleased with the men's flowers and my bridesmaids flowers. However, my flowers were a bit small. I was expecting the bride's bouquet to be a bit bigger than the bridesmaids and it was about the same size. It may have been the type of flower I chose, but it wasn't the extravagant bouquet I was expecting. Also, the flowers arrived late for the 2nd stop. They were supposed to be there by 11:30 or 12pm and didn't show until 12:40pm. Luckily, everything turned out ok. It was just cutting it really close. My issues were very minor, but it may be worth mentioning here.
Overall, I am very happy with the flowers that we received and the service was great throughout the whole planning process.

Overall, our experience with Trudy’s was fairly positive. Our floral arrangements were beautiful and the staff at Trudy’s worked with us to meet our aesthetic and budgetary needs.

There was some confusion on the day of the wedding, as we were charged for “delivery, set-up and pick-up”, but the delivery person didn’t actually set up the flowers as we discussed during our initial consultation. Instead, he left the flowers at the venue in cardboard boxes without talking to myself, the bride or our wedding planner—the only people Trudy’s had been in contact with up until that point. Some quick action on the part of our day-of coordinator and groomsmen fixed the issue, but the miscommunication did cause some stress in the moment.

In the end, though, we got what we asked for: beautiful, affordable wedding flowers.
