Bella Collina has 240-plus acres of open space which makes us a unique venue and the perfect location to host a wedding. Our ballrooms featured views of our golf course, lush greens, the vivid landscape of colors, and our magical outdoor amphitheater. After the ceremony the Bride & Groom photos can be arranged at any of our ponds, wooden bridges, willows, or pine forests, based on the availability, any of these areas make the perfect setting for your wedding portrait. The wedding ceremony and reception can be customized to reflect any unique style and taste. Bella Collina Catering menus are included in the information packet for food and beverage.

We only do weddings on Saturdays and Sundays, and we only do one wedding a day to ensure your day is perfect! The reception’s curfew ending time is 11:00 pm. The reception’s curfew ending time is 11:00 pm. See below are our current food and beverage minimums and venue fee information:
Ceremony in our outdoor Amphitheater and indoor Reception: The packages include 6 hours of event time; this does not include any set-up time. Set-up and vendor arrivals can start at 10:00 am. Our venue fee for the 2024 wedding ceremony & reception only is $6,000.00 and our food and beverage minimums are $16,000.00 plus a 22% service fee and 7.75% sales tax. Additional events hours $1,500.00.
Indoor Reception Only: The venue fee is $5,000.00 plus the venue package includes 5 hours of event time; this does not include any set-up time. Set-up and vendor arrivals can start at 10:00 am. You can add an hour for an hourly fee of $1,700.00. The reception’s final ending time is 11:00 pm. Our venue fee for the 2024 wedding reception only is $5,000.00 and our food and beverage minimums are $16,000.00 plus a 22% service fee and 7.75% sales tax. Additional events hours $1,500.00.
All Outdoor Weddings: We also offer outdoor receptions on our venue lawn. All-outdoor locations (Ceremony & Wedding) Saturday venue rental is $10,000.00 plus tax and the food & beverage minimum of $25,000.00 plus 22% service fee & tax, Sunday all-outdoor weddings the venue fee is $10,000.00. Additional event hours are $1,700.00 per hour.
Outdoor Reception Only: Venue rental is $9,000.00 plus tax and the food & beverage minimum is $19,000.00 plus a 22% service fee & tax. Please Note: All outdoor weddings do require additional rentals such as lighting, a heavy-duty dance floor, a generator, and a 20’x20’ catering tent for our Executive Chef and his team to provide the perfect menu, and possibly a generator if there are a lot of items that need electrical. These additional rentals are required for all outdoor weddings, your wedding coordinator can rent them from a local licensed rental company on your behalf. Additional event hours are $1,700.00 per hour.
We require a Day of Coordinator: You will need to hire a licensed Coordinator with Liability Insurance and copy us on the Insurance COI. As a Venue, our staff will be busy setting up the final floorplan, linens, chairs tables settings, dinner Cocktail hour, Dinner service, cake cutting, etc. Your Wedding Coordinator will handle all your items, such as décor, your selected vendors, the bridal party needs, timeline, coordinating clean-up, and vendors’ pick up of any items brought in. This ensures the wedding day is perfect! In the meantime, take a look at our wedding packets and start building your dream wedding!
Please note we provide all food & beverage based on our liability insurance and golf membership required agreement, no outside catering is allowed, however, we do allow outside bakery desserts to be brought in for the reception.
