Congratulations on your engagement! I am delighted to have this opportunity to introduce Bella Collina, San Clemente! Bella Collina has 240-plus acres of open space which makes us a unique venue and the perfect location to host a wedding. Our ballrooms featured views of our golf course, lush greens, the vivid landscape of colors, and our magical outdoor amphitheater. After the ceremony the Bride & Groom photos can be arranged at any of our ponds, wooden bridges, willows, or pine forests, based on the availability, any of these areas make the perfect setting for your wedding portrait. The wedding ceremony and reception can be customized to reflect any unique style and taste. Bella Collina Catering menus are included in the information packet for food and beverage.

  • (3) Wine Barrels for Décor included (additional wine barrels available for rent)

  • White Garden Chairs for the Ceremony
  • Cocktail Lounge for cocktail hour includes a fireplace and private patio - (3) Tray Passed Appetizers- Your Choice of (you host) Hosted Bar or Non-Hosted Bar (guests pay for drinks)
  • Main Ballroom for Reception or all Outdoor Weddings and Reception on the Venue Lawn
  • Choice of Chiavari Chairs Colors with Cushion for Reception
  • 3 Votive Candles per Dining Table
  • Parquet Dance Floor (for Indoor receptions only)
  • Sweetheart or Head Table with Floor Length Linen (any color in poly or Cotton linen)
  • Guest Round Tables for Guest Seating with a Choice of Floor Length Linen (any color in poly or Cotton)

We only do weddings on Saturdays and Sundays, and we only do one wedding a day to ensure your day is perfect! The reception’s curfew ending time is 11:00 pm. The reception’s curfew ending time is 11:00 pm. See below are our current food and beverage minimums and venue fee information:

Ceremony in our outdoor Amphitheater and indoor Reception: The packages include 6 hours of event time; this does not include any set-up time. Set-up and vendor arrivals can start at 10:00 am. Our venue fee for the 2024 wedding ceremony & reception only is $6,000.00 and our food and beverage minimums are $16,000.00 plus a 22% service fee and 7.75% sales tax. Additional events hours $1,500.00.

Indoor Reception Only: The venue fee is $5,000.00 plus the venue package includes 5 hours of event time; this does not include any set-up time. Set-up and vendor arrivals can start at 10:00 am. You can add an hour for an hourly fee of $1,700.00. The reception’s final ending time is 11:00 pm. Our venue fee for the 2024 wedding reception only is $5,000.00 and our food and beverage minimums are $16,000.00 plus a 22% service fee and 7.75% sales tax. Additional events hours $1,500.00.

All Outdoor Weddings: We also offer outdoor receptions on our venue lawn. All-outdoor locations (Ceremony & Wedding) Saturday venue rental is $10,000.00 plus tax and the food & beverage minimum of $25,000.00 plus 22% service fee & tax, Sunday all-outdoor weddings the venue fee is $10,000.00. Additional event hours are $1,700.00 per hour.

Outdoor Reception Only: Venue rental is $9,000.00 plus tax and the food & beverage minimum is $19,000.00 plus a 22% service fee & tax. Please Note: All outdoor weddings do require additional rentals such as lighting, a heavy-duty dance floor, a generator, and a 20’x20’ catering tent for our Executive Chef and his team to provide the perfect menu, and possibly a generator if there are a lot of items that need electrical. These additional rentals are required for all outdoor weddings, your wedding coordinator can rent them from a local licensed rental company on your behalf. Additional event hours are $1,700.00 per hour.

We require a Day of Coordinator: You will need to hire a licensed Coordinator with Liability Insurance and copy us on the Insurance COI. As a Venue, our staff will be busy setting up the final floorplan, linens, chairs tables settings, dinner Cocktail hour, Dinner service, cake cutting, etc. Your Wedding Coordinator will handle all your items, such as décor, your selected vendors, the bridal party needs, timeline, coordinating clean-up, and vendors’ pick up of any items brought in. This ensures the wedding day is perfect! In the meantime, take a look at our wedding packets and start building your dream wedding!

Please note we provide all food & beverage based on our liability insurance and golf membership required agreement, no outside catering is allowed, however, we do allow outside bakery desserts to be brought in for the reception.

July Wedding

Bella Collina is the perfect spot for both wedding and reception. Our outside ceremony was beautiful. The service was amazing. Karen and Mia were very helpful and got right back to us with any questions or concerns. Everything was upfront and there were no hidden cost. The view thru the windows during the reception was beautiful.

Best wedding venue!!!

We had our wedding at Bella Collina on 5/21/2022 and it was so BEAUTIFUL! I highly recommend using Bella Collina as your wedding venue. Karen and Mia are so friendly, knowledgeable, and communicative. They made the wedding planning process so smooth. The food was absolutely delicious! You even get a wedding food tasting, which is so fun! The bartender Frankie made awesome drinks and they have such a great selection of alcohol. My guests were so happy with the food and drinks. The venue itself is absolutely STUNNING. The ceremony space outside is so beautiful not to mention all of the beautiful locations around the golf course where you can take photos with your new husband. The ball room is beautiful and the perfect space for dinner and dancing. You have access to the ball room, the board room, and the cocktail room. We made use of all three! The staff are so professional and provide awesome service. Book Bella Collina now for your wedding venue!!

The Venue That Has It All!

When my daughter originally was looking for a wedding venue, she mentioned "a winery in Temecula." Given that we live in N.OC and most guests would be flying in, I didn't think it would be logistically fair for all the guests to have to travel inland after flying into CA. So, I ended up finding Bella Collina in San Clemente which was easy to travel to and had that "winery feel" for pictures and atmosphere. We couldn't have been happier. Planning a wedding during what became a global pandemic and with a military couple living 3000 miles away from the venue could have been a logistical disaster, but Bella Collina pivoted gracefully along the way with us. This venue is vast and absolutely lovely in so many ways. You never share the venue with other weddings; so you get to access all the rooms, natural beauty and whimsy it offers. The staff was professional and caring. I felt the price was reasonable considering what all we received. We didn't have to bicker over chairs, plates, forks etc as all the venue items were included. They also worked well with all of our vendors. It was seamless. We chose to hire our own "day of coordinator" but they have one to hire as well. NOTE: I also highly suggest you book TOP SHELF PHOTO (Shaun Hagen) as he knows this venue completely and your photos will be amazing.

Karen and staff at the Bella Collina Golf Club are very professional and attentive to your needs on your Big Day. The venue itself is one of my favorites to pickup Brides and Grooms, in our 1939 American Rolls Royce Packards for their takeaways. The venue has amazing views, its spacious, and no real sound restrictions. One of San Clementes' best kept secrets for weddings, special events, and golf !
