From the moment I called I was the MOST important person that Heather was dealing with. She went out of her way to make me feel comfortable about buying my wedding dress. I only had three weeks and needed to buy off the shelf, but was very particular about what I wanted. Heather ran through the store and looked for what was avail. then emailed me what she had in the store that she thought would work. I was surprised at how well she did. I went in that day for an appt, however the dress I wanted wasn’t available in my size. Heather didn’t let defeat her, she called the vendor and was able to find out that they had a dress close to my size and they had extra fabric. She ordered and had it delivered in two days. She also called the seamstress that Bella used and made sure she would be able to help. It all ran SO smoothly for such a fast paced and crazy time frame. I appreciate Heathers professionalism and ability to make everything happen so quickly. My wedding dress was perfect, thanks you Bella Bridal and especially Heather!

My daughter had a long engagement, but one of the first things she wanted to do was shop for her dress. Susan was wonderful helping her find the dress of her dreams. A couple of days later while at her cousins wedding, the mother of one of her other cousins (also engaged) started to describe her daughter's dress to me. She said it was purchased at Bella and then went on to describe right down to the last detail the dress my daughter had purchased. She and her cousin had the exact same dress!! This had never happened before at Bella...EVER. This was very upsetting to both of them. After explaining the situation to Bella, they handled the situation BEAUTIFULLY. There are usually no returns or exchanges. They called the designer of the dress and were able to cancel the order and let her completely choose her dress over again. While she was very sad about that, she was thrilled that they were going to let her "start over". Their service was wonderful right from our first encounter and it never wavered. The selection at Bella is outstanding as well. They have a wonderful room for trying on dresses that has a comfortable area for the bride's family and friends to share the experience with the bride. We would definitely recommend Bella to other brides!

Getting my wedding dress at Bella Bridal was an amazing experience! I didn't have a large budget, but the lady helped me find the absolute perfect dress! All the people who work there are friendly and helpf!

I had a great experience with Bella Bridal. They were friendly and very helpful. Probably the easiest shopping I've ever done. They also gave me a great deal on my dress with a wonderful package! I received a veil and a credit! It was great working with them and the dress I bought is so beautiful and reasonably priced!

I searched at multiple twin cities stores before going out to Bella Bridal. Bella Bridal was by far the best shop for my style of dress. I was looking for a slim fitting trumpet/mermaid style gown. Most stores only carried 2 or 3 of these style gowns but Bella had a bunch and was carrying brands and styles that the other stores didn't have. The prices were also very affordable for our budget.
The sales girls were wonderful, I had so many bad experiences with the other stores (crabby women, that walk into your dressing room, or don't let you look if you don't have an appt) but the girl we worked with at Bella was sooo nice and easy going. She was extremely patient and I ended up going back 2 more times just to try on the dress I liked before making the decision.
Well worth the trip!

I purchased my wedding dress from Bella. I loved my experience when searching for my dress there. After being to several other stores where I felt either pushed into getting a dress I didn't love, or rushed due to other customers being brought in, my experience at Bella was the best. Bella's staff did not push me into anything, they helped me find exactly what I wanted. They also had my own space for trying on dresses so that I wasn't crowded out by other bride-to-bes. The only down fall is their limited space, so I had to pick up my dress right after it was steamed which was earlier than expected. Bella is definitely worth the trip though!

I said "yes to the dress" at Bella Bridal. I was starting to feel hopeless about finding a dress for me, and low and behold I actually found a couple on the sale rack!! I was thrilled. I got a great deal for the dress, and had great customer service while there. I did end up buying the dress in a bigger size than I needed because I was so in love with it, just had it altered. Id recommend at least checking this cute boutique out! (My sister also got her wedding dress here and had a great experience).

I bought a Maggie Sottero dress and they are one of a few vendors in the area that carry this designer.

Bella was great to work with. I found the perfect dress and purchased it right off the rack. I was expecting the prices to be very high for this boutique, but they were surprisingly reasonable. The dresses are gorgeous!

I looked a Bella a few times and they did not have a bridal dress that met my needs. After looking around for a while, I went back and found a salesperson that really seemed to understand my needs for an "informal" dress for my wedding.

I orderered a bridesmaid dress that was ivory, long and beautiful! I dressed it up with a beautiful belt and LOVED it! They were good to work with once I found the right person to understand my style and needs.
