Lindsey Sent on 08/19/2013My daughter had a long engagement, but one of the first things she wanted to do was shop for her dress. Susan was wonderful helping her find the dress of her dreams. A couple of days later while at her cousins wedding, the mother of one of her other cousins (also engaged) started to describe her daughter's dress to me. She said it was purchased at Bella and then went on to describe right down to the last detail the dress my daughter had purchased. She and her cousin had the exact same dress!! This had never happened before at Bella...EVER. This was very upsetting to both of them. After explaining the situation to Bella, they handled the situation BEAUTIFULLY. There are usually no returns or exchanges. They called the designer of the dress and were able to cancel the order and let her completely choose her dress over again. While she was very sad about that, she was thrilled that they were going to let her "start over". Their service was wonderful right from our first encounter and it never wavered. The selection at Bella is outstanding as well. They have a wonderful room for trying on dresses that has a comfortable area for the bride's family and friends to share the experience with the bride. We would definitely recommend Bella to other brides! -

They also gave me a great deal on my dress with a wonderful package! I received a veil and a credit! It was great working with them and the dress I bought is so beautiful and reasonably priced! -

Jennifer Sent on 09/08/2010I used Bella Bridal for all of our attire: Wedding dress, bridesmaid dresses and tuxes. They would not let me try on my dress the last time i picked it up because they said they didnt have anyone to help me (all I needed was for someone to zip it up in the back for me). They were not accomodating to my groom when he and a few of the groomsmen went in to try on and pick up the tuxes. -

Kelsey Sent on 01/27/2012I had a good experience trying on dresses at Bella however after my dress came it was a nightmare. I ordered my dress in the size they recommended and when it came in it was almost 2 inches from closing. They measured me again and I was the exact same size but I was told I must have gained weight (very unprofessional). They said I could try and order a larger size however I would have to pay the cost for another dress and they couldn't guarentee getting it in time for my wedding. There was no desire to try and help figure out what to do. It was a total nightmare!!! Luckily I found an amazing seamstress who worked her magic and made it work and in the end my dress zipped and looked great on our wedding day. -

Jaime Sent on 08/03/2013They were nice on my first visit, but once I had made my purchases they were absolutely rude and not helpful at all. I asked several times as to when to expect my dress in, they refused to tell me. I also asked about alterations and they told me to call once I got my dress in. We also went there to look for renting tuxes. When we went they told us to get our order in 1 month before the wedding. Once my dress came in, they never emailed me it was there and finally called 2 weeks later and insisted they emailed me. When I went to try on my dress they told me I should have scheduled my alterations 4 months ago and there was no way I would be able to get in. When I also started to ask about the tuxes they told me it should have been in 2 months before and were VERY rude about it. They actually called one month before to ask is we were ordering and when we told them why she actually agreed that the order should have been in earlier (apparently it had changed in between when we first went in and the time they called). I asked several times, why didn't anyone tell me this and I was met with nothing but rudeness and no help! They knew it had changed but never called!!! HORRIBLE experience and wouldn't recommend it to anyone!!!!
