This space was the beautiful industrial mill background I wanted for our wedding, situated in downtown laconia but right on the river, so many beautiful spots to take photos. They allowed a decent amount of decorating & were flexible with us about setup. It is a DIY sort of venue where you bring your own vendors which gave us an opportunity to really create the wedding we wanted.

Beautiful Place to be
We loved the rustic charm of the upstairs event space. It was also a good thing to know that they do have an elevator. We like that we can have our ceremony in the public park just outside the mill. the space downstairs is also interesting and gives you the history behind the mill. They are very open to outside vendors and give you a lot of freedom with decorating the space.

I got married at the Belknap Mill in October (ceremony at the gazebo outside, and reception inside the Mill). I worked with Beth the year leading up to the wedding and she was wonderful. The Mill is not as large or fancy as other wedding venues, but the location and size was perfect for us since we were on a tight budget. The reception floor didn't need many decorations to make it look nice, but after we were done decorating it really did look wonderful.

I had my bridal shower and my wedding here. The price to use this for my wedding was so reasonable and Nacy was very easy to work with, the building is beautiful and the scenery for the pictures was impeccable! Great place to host anything!

We had our wedding and reception here and it was wonderful. We got married in the gazebo outside and we had our reception on the third floor of the mill. It was beautiful, hard wood floors. I was amazing and very friendly and helpful staff. I couldn't have found a better place.

The Belknap Mill is beautiful. If you're a romantic, the scenic waterfont ceremony location with the subtle classic true New England Mill exposed brick and hard wood floors is perfect for this central New Hampshire location. It was quite the experience catering out of this location and we highly reccomend this venue!
