Chill catering catered my wedding in Portland Maine and it was fantastic! Their team (specifically Jessica) are so kind, friendly, and easy to work with. They were really flexible and helped me make a menu that fit all of my guests' needs. The food was so good that I had to come visit the Roundabout Diner after my wedding to have those steak tips again!

They were a first-rate catering company and would highly recommend. From presentation, the food and a fantastic staff. From the beginning till past the end of the wedding, their staff was always there for support.

After previewing 3 other catering services we chose Chill for our buffet style wedding reception. But, we weren’t prepared for the wonderful “over the top” service, attention, flexibility, and extraordinary food! Our guests raved about being able to cut the moist chicken piccata with a fork while the steak tips and baked haddock were out of this world. Our requests for little extras were graciously met and Megan took a special interest in some surprise details. Our special day could not have turned out better thanks to everyone at Chill Catering!

We worked with Gary on catering our backyard wedding and he was beyond flexible with us throughout the entire process. We hired Chill Catering for both our wedding as well as post-wedding brunch and couldn't have been happier. Fan favorites included the Grilled Lobster Tails and the Brisket Hash for breakfast!

We used Chill catering for our wedding in August 2020. Gary and the Chill catering staff were wonderful to work with. Guests still talk about the delicious food served from the appetizers to the entrees. The portions from the buffet were very generous and our guests loved having the option to try everything. The Chill Catering staff was extremely flexible, particularly as we faced many changes during the wedding planning process. The serving staff were organized and extremely professional - they worked very well with our the other venue staff to make for a smooth reception and dinner for our guests. We enjoyed working with Chill Catering and would do so again in a heartbeat.

We fell in love with the menu at our tasting, and were blown away by Gary’s knowledge, advice, and expertise. There was no competition or second thoughts. Gary was responsive and flexible to our needs 100% of the way. The food was incredible and even better than we remembered. His team really represented the face of his business standards.
