The ease of working with Susan made the experience that much more enjoyable. She was kind, thoughtful and understood the vision and made it even better than I expected. Loved working with Susan on our wedding on 10/17/25! We got married at Loon Mountian and she really turned the rustic ski lodge into a beautiful wedding venue. She did about 98% of all the decor for this wedding since I knew from the beginning that I was not about to be a DIY bride (I did bring the cardbox though haha!). I gave her a few photos and asked her to help create the vision. She worked with us throughout the entire process on tweaks and I felt as though I was really able to trust her with basically all the decor. She did everything from hauling the flowers up and down the mountain to hanging greenery (but make it fall themed) in the rafters.

She was very communicative by email and at one point she had an email issue and promptly called me to answer my questions. I would highly recommend using her for your floral needs!!

If you are looking for florists for your wedding in the Lakes Region, LAKES REGION FLORAL STUDIO will blow you away. From our first consultation call with Susan in spring 2022 (for our 2023 Wedding), during which she wrote up a BEAUTIFUL document including every SINGLE detail, to our actual wedding day, Susan defied any expectations we could have even had for our wedding day. We can't put into words how special Susan made this experience for us, but her talent and brilliance combined with her kindness and thoughtfulness will truly deliver the wedding of your dreams. We shared a few images with Susan as well as colors we were hoping to include and an overall vision for the day, and ultimately said we will follow any of her leads and trust her implicitly. If you do anything, trust Susan implicitly. Her florals blew us AWAY. Her florals were present at our Welcome Night, our Wedding Day, and our Farewell Brunch. They lasted spread across three days and they were vibrant and beautiful each day. We received SO many compliments on these flowers. Susan was everywhere all at once. She was there Friday before our welcome event and by the time we arrived the place was decorated beautifully. On our wedding day, we arrived and our bouquets, the boutonnieres, the flowers for the cake, and all across the venue were places meticulously. Some time between the ceremony and reception while we were taking photos, Susan TOOK DOWN ALL of the ceremony flowers and put them all up in the reception ballroom in addition to the flowers she had already set up. Susan stood with us when we were waiting to walk down the aisle and she was such a wonderful, calming, kind presence. We truly cannot recommend her and Lakes Region Floral enough. You will not regret it. We would like to have her (and her flowers) at all of our future events! :)

Susan is the absolute best! Not only does she produce the most beautiful displays of flowers but she cares so deeply about the couples she works with. We had to postpone our big wedding celebration due to COVID and she remembered to reach out to us on our original wedding date to say she was thinking of us and was so excited to work with us in the future, which meant so much. She always made me feel at ease that she would make any space look beautiful, even when the threat of bad weather would potentially move us inside. She is so kind and thoughtful and was there for any and all questions we had. She is also so thorough and thought of every little detail, even when we didn't! She is also tremendously resourceful and repurposed the arbor decorations to go above the fireplace hearth we were sitting in front of and the bridesmaids bouquets all became additional decorations on dessert, gift, and other tables, which we so appreciated. Due to this she stayed throughout our entire ceremony through cocktail hour to make sure the reception hall was set up perfectly. We also rented a number of items from her including birch log slices, birch and glass votives, the log and moss mat table card holder, and more, which completed our vision for the reception. The quality of her work is incomparable; everyone could not stop raving about how beautiful the flowers were. She even gave us tips on how to root the succulents in the bouquet and boutonniere and the best place to go for preserving the bouquet. I cannot recommend her highly enough.

We got married in September 2021 in the lakes region of NH. We had originally booked a venue and florist in cape cod. After two failed covid wedding dates, we switched venues and our original florist wasn’t able to stay with us for this last date. That’s when we found lakes region floral. And we are so thankful we did! I was absolutely blown away by the flowers and centerpieces Susan & her team designed for us. She took my (very limited) description of what I was envisioning, and totally ran with it and knocked it out of the park! My original florist in cape cod (who was much more $$), ended up doing my and my jr bridesmaid bouquets + I couldn’t believe how much better quality the bouquets that Lakes Region Floral did for the wedding were over these other two bouquets! Not to mention the customer service that Susan provided was so much more responsive and helpful. We are so thankful we used lakes region + couldn’t recommend enough!

Lakes Region Floral Studio was absolutely amazing. Susan did all of the flowers for my wedding at Birch Hill Farm and they were breathtaking. She was wonderful to work with, always answering my emails promptly and meeting in person several times in order to discuss my vision for the day. Susan was very flexible throughout the process and she made it fun and exciting to pick out flowers and design the perfect look for my wedding day. She delivered and set up all the flowers the morning of the wedding and even stayed at the venue until after the ceremony so she could repurpose flowers from our ceremony location to our reception. Everything, from the flowers on the arbor to the bridal party bouquets came out better than I could have ever imagined. Susan also has a collection of so many beautiful items to rent, including an amazing greenery wreath which had all of the guests amazed.
