Beaver Creek Lodge was absolutely beautiful and the perfect place for an intimate, fun, mountain wedding. We wanted something beautiful, unique, classy, and fun and this was the perfect place to do it. We had 130 guests and every guest walked away felling special, well taken care of and signing praises about the food, venue and staff. The food was top-notch! Definitely not your ordinary wedding food. We did a family style dinner with a champagne vinaigrette salad (one of the best I have ever had), homemade rolls, sirloin cap roasted beef and roasted lemon herb chicken with corn succotash and garlic mashed potatoes. Hands down one of the best meals I have ever had! Riley the head chef with Revolution Dining did a great job at finding the perfect meal. The wait staff and front desk staff were all very professional, friendly and great to work with.

However, I have to say Lori is the true hero. I could go on forever about how amazing Lori is! She was FANTASTIC and such a blessing! From the moment she showed us the property, her follow up, attention to detail, guidance throughout the planning process and then the execution the day of, was beyond our expectations. Being able to enjoy the day and trust that she had everything handled was priceless. She did such a phenomenal job at keeping what could have been a crazy day very calm and absolutely perfect. She is a bride’s best friend! If you are looking for a unique, beautiful, classy place to host your mountain wedding Beaver Creek Lodge is your place.

We got married at Allie's Cabin, and it was absolutely perfect. The setting was gorgeous, the food was delicious (much more like fine dining at a restaurant than a banquet), and the people from Beaver Creek that we worked with in planning the event were some of the nicest, hardest working people I have ever met. (Can't say enough about Caroline, our event manager, and Bob, the GM of Allie's!_ They went above and beyond to make sure every detail of the wedding was right, and they consistently helped us save money to get maximum value. It just felt like they actually cared about my husband and I, and I cannot thank them enough. I hope to celebrate here again soon!

If I had to describe our wedding weekend, I would say that we traveled to a magical land (Beaver Creek) to get married in a snow globe. The Beaver Creek Lodge exceeded my every expectation for my wedding day, it is absolutely gorgeous. If you are looking for a location that will inspire your friends and family to attend and that makes you feel like a princess on your wedding day, this is your spot! I highly recommend it!

Not only is the property beyond ideal, the event coordinator (Lori Harding) made wedding planning easy and stress free. She is filled with ideas and inspirations beyond what I could ever imagine or had the time to execute. But it doesn't stop there. The rest of the staff including the valets, front desk, restaurant personnel and anybody else associated with the Lodge truly went out of their way to ensure that we and our guests were their top priority throughout our stay.

Absolutely Amazing! We had our wedding at the Beaver Creek Lodge on June 28th, 2014. It was the most fun wedding ever! Our ceremony was held on the skiers bridge right outside of the Beaver Creek Lodge, and it was AMAZING! I wanted a weekend full of events where everyone could have a mini vacation in beaver creek. We had smores the night before at the beaver creek lodge, and we have a brunch the day after the wedding in the art gallery. So cool! Since we were the only wedding happening there that weekend, they told us we could use any of the spaces. So, if it rained, we were guaranteed a back up space because we were the only wedding that weekend. Also, since we were the only wedding, the staff really made us feel like we were the most important people at the hotel. They were so accomodating to us, and they were so nice. I could tell that many of the people were working double shifts for all of the events we had there, and they were still so accomodating and so great!

There are not enough good things I can say about Lori, the catering manager. She was amazing, and she is soooooo much fun! She made all of our dreams come true, and she truly made us feel like VIPs. The wedding menu was totally customizable to our needs, and she made sure that we had everything we wanted. She even drove my husband to the gondola in vail so we could do our first look on the top of vail mountain. That is truly going above and beyond!

Most of our guests stayed at the beaver creek lodge for the weekend of the wedding, and they loved it! It is just a minute away from the beaver creek village, which made it super convenient, and there are also tons of hiking trails that start so close to the hotel. There's a concierge as well who can help guests set up activities like white water rafting and horse back riding. Everyone had such a fun weekend at the Beaver Creek Lodge, and I had the wedding of my dreams!

The Beaver Creek Resort was a wonderful place to have a wedding. Everyone involved was helpful and responsive. The day went off without a hitch.

We chose to get married at Allie's Cabin (which is managed by Beaver Creek Resorts). The venue was amazing, absolutely spectacular, it was also great value for money. Beaver Creek provided us a wonderful event coordinator, Laura, who made the whole day easy. She dealt with any little issues and managed the time line. She was absolutely delightful to work with and the day would not have run so smoothly without her.
The food was excellent and guests actually got to order their food on the night (so everyone got what they wanted).
I would highly recommend this venue.

Beaver Creek Lodge was an amazing place to have a wedding! If you like, different, funky, non-ballroom locations, this is the place for you. Right in the heart of the BC Village, guests are able to walk everywhere as well as shop, hike, eat great food and enjoy the wonderful outdoors. The team that assisted us with our wedding weekend were professional, accommodating and flexible. I can't wait to come back here every year for our anniversary!

Beaver Creek resort was great to deal with and were so helpful with our reception and all of the details surrouding getting our guests to Allie's Cabin. I would highly recommend them, and Allie's Cabin was STUNNING!
