We recently had our wedding at Bear Mill Estate. It's a truly beautiful venue and it exceeded all of our expectations. The grounds offer so many wonderful places to take photos. The cocktail/reception area have many unique spaces were guests could relax, dance, and socialize without getting stuck at their assigned tables. And we can't say enough good things about the day of coordinator, Troy, who was amazing at the usual wedding chaos (kids, dog, demanding guests, etc) but also kept our wedding together despite one difficult vendor. Our guests were constantly raving about how beautiful and unique the venue was. If you're having a small to medium size wedding, we absolutely recommend Bear Mill, and would gladly book them for our next (non-wedding) event.

We were searching for a historical venue in Lancaster that was charming and convenient for our guests to access and boy did we find the perfect place! Bear Mill Estate is such a beautiful venue, and the team could not have been easier to work with. If you are looking for a venue with some real charm, I highly recommend you check Bear Mill out! I recently attending an event at Bear Mill Estates and was completely blown away but the scenic views, well decorated interior and staff that were extremely friendly and ready to make the event a fun time for everyone!

Wow. This was the most beautiful and original venue that we toured, and we fell in love as soon as we pulled in. Kerry puts his whole heart and soul into this space and will work with you to make it reflect your style. Our wedding looked like it was out of a magazine, and I can't give enough credit to Kerry and Ron. They work so hard to make your vision a reality. Kerry is a most talented florist. We trusted him with our vision, and his bouquets and floral decorations brought me to tears when I saw it. Kerry and Ron were excellent to work with. They responded to all of our emails and calls in a timely manner and took the time to answer all of our questions. We never felt like we were a burden to them or asking too many questions- which is very important as you get down to the final weeks.

WE feel lucky that we had the privilege of meeting Kerry and Ron and that they worked with us on our special day. I could not have asked for a better venue and better team on my wedding day.

Kerry, Ron, and Jade went above and beyond for our wedding day! They are all very detail oriented - you can really tell they love what they do! They keep the grounds beautiful, keep the day running smoothly , and we felt we didn’t have to worry about anything! They have a plan b for every situation. They provided all of the chairs and tables, even provided us a lunch while getting ready for the day! I would get married here all over again! It was the best day.

We had our wedding ceremony and reception at Bear Mill in November. Kerry was spectacular every step of the way. So detail oriented and so accommodating to help us create exactly the day we wanted. Ron was so helpful as we brought in and set everything up and took everything down down in the days surrounding our wedding. Tammy was an absolute life saver the day of our wedding. She kept us on time and most importantly kept me calm in the days leading up to and the day of our wedding. We could not have asked for a better team or a more beautiful place to celebrate our marriage!

We fell in love with this venue as soon as we saw it...there was no other for us! Kerry, Tammy and Ron just went above and beyond to make our wedding day as special as it was, can't ever thank them enough and we now have more family members...just love them and their amazing service they provide this area!

I just booked my Ceremony/Reception with Kerry, and he is amazing! Very professional, I felt so comfortable right when I first walked in and not all awkward like other venues were when giving me a tour. What you want you tell him and he is very creative with his work, will work around you and responds quickly through e-mails! Cannot wait to share my memories at Bear Mill Estates for my wedding!

My husband and I got married at Bear Mill Estate in the Fall of 2015 and it was perfect! Kerry and Ron were both amazing to work with. They were super quick to respond to any of our calls/e-mails, really flexible and helped us achieve our specific vision for the space to make our wedding uniquely ours. The venue + grounds are both so beautiful and it's very clear how much Kerry cares about every last detail inside + out. Kerry went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed (including firewood for an impromptu firepit)! We loved Bear Mill and would recommend it anyone.

We had our rehearsal, wedding ceremony and reception at Bear Mill Estate in Denver PA on October 3. It was truly amazing and exceeded all of my expectations due to Kerry and his team.

Even with the predicted hurricane, unseasonably cold weather, rain and last minute changes of plans, all of our guests cannot stop raving about how wonderful our wedding ceremony and reception was - and we owe it all to Kerry and Bear Mill Estate! It seemed we had to take over the house, which was unplanned and due to the weather, but everyone on site was beyond gracious. Everyone behind the scenes worked incredibly hard and were so very gracious to us, which made dealing with the weather that day not an issue at all.

Everything about the day was seamless, which made my job as being a bride super easy so I could focus on my groom, family and friends. The flowers were gorgeous and fit my tastes perfectly - they added some brightness to the cloudy day and Kerry fulfilled the vision perfectly. The bridal suite was perfect for getting ready and relaxing with the bridal party and close family. The vendors were all extremely coordinated without me having to do much on that day beside show up and smile!
