Jen Ward of Be Free Bakers came to our rescue - less than two weeks before the wedding, we still hadn't found anyone in town who would do a gluten-free vegan wedding cake for us. Jen not only stepped in and provided exactly what we needed (in the form of cupcakes), she even let me "design" our flavors from scratch! The cupcakes were beautiful and delicious - and most people probably had no idea they were even vegan and GF.
