I'm very pleased with my barong tagalog from Barongs R Us. I bought a very nice one for my 25th Wedding Anniversary Mass, but it was darker in color (beige) than I thought. No problem! Barongs R Us refunded my money and then I bought a lighter colored one (ivory). It is truly top quality. Marifi and Jerry were both very helpful. Here's a couple of hints when buying online: The actual product was a little darker than it shows on my computer and smartphone screens. Also, I found that buying a size larger than I normally wear fits perfect. If you wear Large in everyday shirts, you will probably want XL in your barong. If you wear XL, buy 2XL, and if you wear 2XL, buy 3XL and you should be fine.

I ordered my gown, my bridesmaids dresses, my groom's barong, and the groomsmen's barong from Barongs R Us. Their service was exceptional. I had all my clothes custom-made. At first I was scared that I was ordering custom-made outfits online and for such a special event as well. They guided me every step of the way, from having the measurements and which designs to choose. The people from Barongs R Us were really accommodating and helpful. They delivered the outfits within the expected time period. When the outfits arrived, they looked better than I expected them to be. They fit well and they were made according to my specifications. I would definitely recommend Barongs R Us to anyone looking for wedding attires.

We ordered a custom filipiniana dress and barong for our wedding. We planned with short notice, and these folks came through (for a small fee!) The garments arrived in time and were beautifully made to order. My only complaint was that there were a few spots on the fabric (sewing machine oil maybe?) They were only obvious if you were examining closely, and my local tailor was reluctant to try to do anything lest they damage the beading. The ceremony was on a beach so I really wasn't all that bothered, and as far as I know nobody else noticed. I put it down to the rush turnaround time, as I'm sure they would have cleaned the garments more properly if they had the time. I did call to let them know, and received a return call. I would definitely recommend them because the clothes are beautiful.

When we needed a quality/ custom barong, they were the place to go. They had a wide variety of styles and many ways to customize the barongs. On top of that but they put added embroidery on the collars and cuffs of the shirts as well as on the back which adds another level to the barong.
All of our barongs were handmade so it did take some time to get to us but it was worth it and not one came late. All the barongs were of such high quality and fit perfectly on each of my groomsmen. Compared to many other barong websites we went to, this one was hands down the best.

My main issue is the arrogance of the person who picked up the phone for the two times I needed to call. As well, my son has the same feeling about how his call was handled by the same person named Marifi who, I'm guessing, is the owner of the company. When she first picked up my call, she sounded annoyed at having to answer a caller and replied with single words. CONDESCENDING is a mild word I can use for how she came across. My son says the same thing.

The product is fine, except that out of four barongs we ordered (same style, same material, same manner of measurement), two were a bit tight around the armhole area and the wearers weren't confident in moving too much in them.
