Couldn't have been happier with Yael's cakepops for our wedding! My husband and I knew we wanted something other than cake for our wedding dessert, but I think cakepops are a great alternative since it will satisfy both the traditionalist (cakepops are still cake) and progressive (cakepops are more fun/tasty than cake:)! We ordered 6 different flavors, including some vegan cakepops for our guests with dietary restrictions (the cakepops were also okay for people with nut allergies). We ordered about 1.5 cakepops per guest and only had a handful leftover, which at that rate is more price-friendly than most wedding cakes. The cakepops also traveled well--the store boxed them up for our 3-hour trip outside the city and we didn't have any issues with any of the cakepops breaking. All the guests were raving about them--would definitely recommend this vendor!

The cake-pops were fun and tasty - we received rave reviews from wedding guests of all ages! The staff, especially Alyssa, was wonderfully communicative and enthused about preparing a display for our "Love Wins" theme. They gave me samples to try and even arranged simple delivery to our wedding venue.

We chose cakepops for our wedding since my husband isn't a fan of desert but enjoys cakepops. We had 2 flavors and a wonderful display. We were able to have one of the flavors have the cherry blossom design they do during cherry blossom season since that reflected our engagement. We even were able to supplement our original order with additional gluten free cakepops for our GF guests with ease. This is a great small business to work with!

Everything we’ve purchased from Baked by Yael has been phenomenal quality, be it treats shipped cross country or cake pops purchased for a local DC wedding. Their products are consistent, delicious, and beautiful. This is THE place to get cake pops and/or kosher, nut free treats… not just in DC but also across the US.

We ordered cake pops for our wedding as an alternative to traditional cake. They worked with us to get the right colors and flavors. Everyone raved about how good the pops were and they loved the uniqueness of our choice. We had enough for everyone to almost have two but we still had leftovers which we ate over the course of the next week after our wedding. We worked directly with the owner to set up our display. We had to call a few times to get our order set up, but everything was delivered and the product was top notch.
