Rachael of Bad Boss Bride was the perfect person to work with to make our wedding vision a reality, we could not recommend her enough. From our first conversation it was evident that Rachael was able to be both experienced and level-headed to make necessary decisions and execute details, while also being creative and inspired enough to immediately understand and plus-up our vision, bringing everything from our florals to decor to levels we could have only dreamed of. Though I wanted to be very hands-on, working with Rachael for full planning and design was the best decision we made, as it came with a trove of helpful resources and frequent touch points to keep us feeling on top of the chaos and in the drivers seat (though we understand that it was Rachael steering our remote control car 😂.) Rachael introduced us to some amazing vendors that helped make the whole experience perfect all who attended, and she worked great with those vendors we did find on our own, bringing them into her process and keeping everything running smoothly.
In the weeks leading up to wedding day, Rachael managed all details and adapted her communication style to what worked best for us in our busy schedules. She went out of her way to address any last minute issues, even those well outside of her control. Important formalities such as Rehearsal were managed with both reverence and humor, which resulted in a perfect output on wedding day. The day-of details were executed perfectly, and Rachael often jumped in to mitigate issues and flawlessly execute all details better than we ever could have ourselves. The Bad Boss Bride team, Amanda Lydia & Mike, were all so kind and helpful, always looking out for ways to make our day great and bringing a warm and welcomed presence to the full experience. We had a lot of DIY projects and elements we brought into the space, and Rachael integrated them seamlessly into the design along with her rentals and those of other vendors—we had a beautiful, robust design all thanks to the vision and expertise of the Bad Boss Bride team.

Rachael from Bad Boss Bride was essential to our wedding’s success. Getting a coordinator was a necessary support navigating a load-in venue while retaining our own ability to enjoy the day. She did a very good job directing the many vendors, guests with roles in the wedding/photos, and managing conflict/relationships amongst vendors. She is very protective of her couples which was greatly appreciated, particularly for two conflict-averse people. Aside from the direct coordination piece, the upfront organizational tools she gave were helpful even before our 30-day kickoff, and she provided many resources to help us make the day a success (like a small table to hold ceremony items, easels for signs, etc.). There’s also small things that were super appreciated like grabbing video of key moments unsolicited since we only had a photographer. Rachael did a great job and we are very happy to have worked with her!

Rachael and team were such an amazing asset through the entirety of wedding planning! We used her for partial planning and florals, which was a perfect fit with the level of support we needed since we had already booked a venue. Every time we got off the phone with her for a planning meeting we said we should tip her a million dollars and that stayed true through the day of. She connected us with vendors who were a perfect fit both stylistically and personality wise and her expertise and confidence in the industry shines through at every turn. Rachael is incredible, she made some floral arrangements for my wedding and my bouquet, I sent her a picture of how I wanted it and she did something better than I expected, all my guests were in love with the arrangements and the colors, she is super friendly and maintains excellent communication, she made my special day and everything looked beautiful.
