My wife and I hired TJ, Brad and the rest of B Street Benny for our wedding of 150 people in New Orleans and they brought down the house. They truly made our wedding incredibly memorable and ensured everyone was engaged and having fun the entire night. The thing we wanted most from our wedding was it to be one big party for our guests and B Street Benny delivered! Not only do they sound incredible, but they are extremely easy to work with and professional. They chatted with us multiple times throughout the year leading up to our wedding and went above and beyond to make sure we felt comfortable as wedding date approached. B Street Benny has a HUGE song list and can cater the set list to virtually anything that you and your guests require. They are able to play everything from classic oldies, hair-band 80s rock, alternative 90s, and any genre from today. Song list aside, B Street Benny understands how to structure and execute your song list throughout the evening. They understand what types of songs should be played while guests are still mingling and eating and which songs to play when it is an all-out dance party! This seems subtle but the way they have a pulse on the room and react with their music accordingly was probably my favorite thing about them! My wife and I have already recommended them to our friends who will be getting married in the near future and if for some reason I have a need to plan an event with live music, B Street Benny will be the first and only band I call! We originally booked B Street Benny back in 2017. Life threw us an unexpected curveball and we had to cancel. Two years pass and we were able to get things back on track. Not only were we able to reboot B Street Benny, but they applied our first deposit towards our new contract. We were scheduled for Oct 2020. All we all know what happened then. So, another postponement to Nov of 2021. But as we had lots of guests traveling and Covid was once again on the rise, we had to postpone - again. Aug of 2022! Since our initial contract, cost of travel rose drastically and logistics became a bit of a nightmare, but Brad and TJ handled the entire situation very professionally. They were completely transparent about travel costs (Richmond, Virginia) and while it did increase our initial rate, it was not for sake of profit by any means. Our day finally arrived and it was perfect. B Street Benny provided classical guitar for ceremony and of course their reception band. The next statement is all you need to know about B Street Benny’s performance. My little sister got engaged the week before my wedding. She’s planning a wedding in England in 2024. She’s planning on having B Street Benny celebrate with our family once again. And my dad thinks they’re worth the costs and then some.

B Street Benny were AMAZING at our wedding! Every single guest made it a point to tell us how great the band was! By the end of the night, we were on the stage with about 20 other people dancing with the band. Everyone danced and had a great time! I absolutely would recommend them! They made our day so special and FUN!!!

We hired B Street Benny for our ceremony music, cocktail hour jazz, and reception music. Our venue was at Chateau LeMoyne and they were set up underneath the balcony on the stage-like area. We had an 8-piece band and truly loved every second of it. ///////// My husband is a musician and he spent a lot of time (and I mean a LOT, perhaps too much) choosing the band for our wedding. He dug through dozens of bands listening to hours of music and it was apparent that there was one correct choice: B Street Benny. What confirmed our decision was Facetiming with TJ and Brad. They are such amazing people, so accommodating, friendly, professional, and down for anything! They were even welcoming to my husband, who plays trombone, to come on stage and play a song with them. You likely won’t go wrong regardless who you choose for a band for your wedding - it is New Orleans, after all - but B Street Benny is the right choice. If their music doesn’t 100% convince you, TJ & Brad will! ///////// We joke that we want to thank our guests for “Coming to our B Street Benny Concert this past weekend” instead of “coming to our wedding”. They’re incredible performers, very professional, have amazing stage presence, and are so so much fun! Our guests were dancing ALL. NIGHT. LONG. and having the MOST fun.. and thats all you want, right? The days after our wedding, we kept hearing “that was the best wedding I’ve ever been to - that band was INCREDIBLE” from our guests. Even the Jazz Trio got tons of compliments! Cross your fingers that they have your date open - because you won’t want anyone else!

Even though we live in New York City, we wanted B Street Benny for our wedding from day 1. We had the opportunity to see them in action at a wedding in New Orleans, and still to this day, we count that as the most fun wedding we have ever been to. TJ was amazing to deal with during the ups and downs of planning and postponing a Covid-era wedding. Although we ultimately could not have them at our smaller wedding, we still could not recommend them enough. Don't hesitate, book B Street Benny; you'll be glad you did!

This band played at our daughter's wedding. They are fabulous and so much fun! They are very easy to work with and so accommodating. The musicians and singers are first rate. I highly recommend them.

Highly recommend this B Street Benny band. My husband but fiancé at the time were at The Golden Nugget in Lake Charles, La and we heard them this AMAZING band playing passing through the casino. They were unbelievable!! Great stage presence, great music!! We love them so much that we wanted to have them as our performers at our Wedding Reception. We got their contact information and booked our Wedding Reception with them. I have to say TJ was absolutely wonderful to work with. To this day we still have people complimenting us on our band.
