From the very beginning Retro Punkz was easy to communicate with and made me feel at ease amid my wedding planning. I certainly made the right choice. This band is an incredible group of humans who are insanely talented. They kept us on the dance floor all night and I didn’t want the party to end! Book this band, now! Having our wedding in New Orleans it was really important to us to have top quality music. Being a musician myself, I have high standards of musicianship and performance. These guys are 1000000% it! I honestly went through the entire catalog of bands in New Orleans as it had to be right (of which there are many many bands). Out of everyone I landed on Retro Punkz. Best decision ever. If I could give 1000 stars I would. Right from the beginning of establishing communication, Vegas, Jojo and the band have gone out of their way to understand what we wanted for our band at the reception. I have been quite specific in what I wanted and all of my requests were catered for, for which we will be forever grateful. High energy, fun and interactive our guests still haven’t stopped talking about them, ‘best band ever’ generally being the most popular statement said. I truly cannot speak highly enough of them and you will have 0 regrets booking them. Communication has been great, they’re professional, great value and really go out of their way to make sure you get exactly what you want to create an unforgettable experience. RetroPunkz performance was the highlight of my wedding!! A beautiful venue and a top tier band were my #1 musts for my wedding. We found RetroPunkz on wedding wire and after one phone call with Jo I knew they were the band for me. They told me their priority would be to keep the dance floor packed and the energy up and they absolutely did!!! I knew they would be awesome but they completely blew any expectation I had out of the water. Many of my local friends and family were shocked that they had never heard of RetroPunkz band before (Retropunkz is relatively “new” to the wedding scene in New Orleans but I KNOW they’re gonna be the IT band within a couple years). Seriously so fun and incredibly easy to work with. You NEED retropunkz at your wedding, yall!! I could go on forever but just trust me and book them ok. They did my ceremony music, cocktail hour jazz trio, and then we had the 8 piece band for the reception. It was truly unlike any wedding performance I’ve ever seen. Book this band!!!
