  DO NOT LOOK ANY FURTHER FOR YOUR RECEPTION BAND!!!!! It's difficult for me to put into words just how incredible these guys were at our reception. The amount of compliments we received on how FANTASTIC they were is unbelievable. Three guests at my wedding already booked them for their own. They have the BIGGEST list with the MOST variety I had come across in the entire search for bands. We went and saw them, and we were hooked. Female lead vocals and band manager TJ Lewis is the BEST. She is so extremely personable, kind, and caring. We were in constant communication before we had even booked them and throughout the whole process up until the wedding day. She knows how important this night is for a bride and groom, and she shows it and follows through. The band learned our first dance AND created a little Frank montage because we couldn't decide which one we wanted to dance to. It was AMAZING! They learned many other songs at our request, and allowed for us to choose special songs we wanted played at certain parts of the night. We basically created our set list for the night; she means it when she says "tell me your YES and NO songs on he list and she was so helpful in choosing certain songs. I could go on and on about how great she is!!!! I had experiences inquiring with a few other bands during the wedding planning process, and she really sealed the deal with just how well she communicates and manages and cares. Her husband Brad is phenomenal on guitar. Male lead vocals Kentro is SO TALENTED!!!! Cannot even say enough about his voice and moves and stage presence. All my guests could not stop raving about him TJ and Kentro are a great vocal pair. The horns section was awesome. Drums fantastic. Truly everyone in their band is great, you can tell they love to work together, and that they all love to work together, and that they all love what they do!!!! They had just as much fun performing as all the guests did dancing. GO B STREET BENNY!!!! I love y'all!!!!!!!!

  Simply the best!

  B Street Benny is the best band ever! They okayed at our fundraiser again this year and was a hit! Already booked them again for next year! And, we’ve also booked them for our Corpus Christi Event in May. Did I mention I also booked them for both my sons’ weddings

  Let’s try this again

  We originally booked B Street Benny back in 2017. Life threw us an unexpected curveball and we had to cancel. Two years pass and we were able to get things back on track. Not only were we able to reboot B Street Benny, but they applied our first deposit towards our new contract. We were scheduled for Oct 2020. All we all know what happened then. So, another postponement to Nov of 2021. But as we had lots of guests traveling and Covid was once again on the rise, we had to postpone - again. Aug of 2022! Since our initial contract, cost of travel rose drastically and logistics became a bit of a nightmare, but Brad and TJ handled the entire situation very professionally. They were completely transparent about travel costs (Richmond, Virginia) and while it did increase our initial rate, it was not for sake of profit by any means. Our day finally arrived and it was perfect. B Street Benny provided classical guitar for ceremony and of course their reception band. The next statement is all you need to know about B Street Benny’s performance. My little sister got engaged the week before my wedding. She’s planning a wedding in England in 2024. She’s planning on having B Street Benny celebrate with our family once again. And my dad thinks they’re worth the costs and then some.

  Danced our tails off!

  B Street Benny were AMAZING at our wedding! Every single guest made it a point to tell us how great the band was! By the end of the night, we were on the stage with about 20 other people dancing with the band. Everyone danced and had a great time! I absolutely would recommend them! They made our day so special and FUN!!!

My wife and I hired TJ, Brad and the rest of B Street Benny for our wedding of 150 people in New Orleans and they brought down the house. They truly made our wedding incredibly memorable and ensured everyone was engaged and having fun the entire night. The thing we wanted most from our wedding was it to be one big party for our guests and B Street Benny delivered! Not only do they sound incredible, but they are extremely easy to work with and professional. They chatted with us multiple times throughout the year leading up to our wedding and went above and beyond to make sure we felt comfortable as wedding date approached. B Street Benny has a HUGE song list and can cater the set list to virtually anything that you and your guests require. They are able to play everything from classic oldies, hair-band 80s rock, alternative 90s, and any genre from today. Song list aside, B Street Benny understands how to structure and execute your song list throughout the evening. They understand what types of songs should be played while guests are still mingling and eating and which songs to play when it is an all-out dance party! This seems subtle but the way they have a pulse on the room and react with their music accordingly was probably my favorite thing about them! My wife and I have already recommended them to our friends who will be getting married in the near future and if for some reason I have a need to plan an event with live music, B Street Benny will be the first and only band I call! So incredibly grateful to B Street Benny for helping to make our wedding a perfect night!

  Best. Time. Ever.

  We hired B Street Benny for our ceremony music, cocktail hour jazz, and reception music. Our venue was at Chateau LeMoyne and they were set up underneath the balcony on the stage-like area. We had an 8-piece band and truly loved every second of it. ///////// My husband is a musician and he spent a lot of time (and I mean a LOT, perhaps too much) choosing the band for our wedding. He dug through dozens of bands listening to hours of music and it was apparent that there was one correct choice: B Street Benny. What confirmed our decision was Facetiming with TJ and Brad. They are such amazing people, so accommodating, friendly, professional, and down for anything! They were even welcoming to my husband, who plays trombone, to come on stage and play a song with them. You likely won’t go wrong regardless who you choose for a band for your wedding - it is New Orleans, after all - but B Street Benny is the right choice. If you take a minute to go listen to their music from their posts on Facebook or Instagram, you’ll see what we mean. If their music doesn’t 100% convince you, TJ & Brad will! ///////// We joke that we want to thank our guests for “Coming to our B Street Benny Concert this past weekend” instead of “coming to our wedding”. They’re incredible performers, very professional, have amazing stage presence, and are so so much fun! Our guests were dancing ALL. NIGHT. LONG. and having the MOST fun.. and thats all you want, right? The days after our wedding, we kept hearing “that was the best wedding I’ve ever been to - that band was INCREDIBLE” from our guests. Even the Jazz Trio got tons of compliments! Cross your fingers that they have your date open - because you won’t want anyone else!

  This band played at our daughter's wedding. They are fabulous and so much fun! They are very easy to work with and so accommodating. The musicians and singers are first rate. I highly recommend them.

  Pure Class

  Even though we live in New York City, we wanted B Street Benny for our wedding from day 1. We had the opportunity to see them in action at a wedding in New Orleans, and still to this day, we count that as the most fun wedding we have ever been to. TJ was amazing to deal with during the ups and downs of planning and postponing a Covid-era wedding. Although we ultimately could not have them at our smaller wedding, we still could not recommend them enough. Don't hesitate, book B Street Benny; you'll be glad you did!

  Badeaux Wedding - With B Street Benny

  Highly recommend this B Street Benny band. My husband but fiancé at the time were at The Golden Nugget in Lake Charles, La and we heard them this AMAZING band playing passing through the casino. They were unbelievable!! Great stage presence, great music!! We love them so much that we wanted to have them as our performers at our Wedding Reception. We got their contact information and booked our Wedding Reception with them. I have to say TJ was absolutely wonderful to work with. To this day we still have people complimenting us on our band.   The BEST choice for a perfect wedding!

  I cannot express how thrilled I am with B Street Benny! TJ and her husband Brad were an absolute pleasure to work with. They made me feel comfortable with my song selections and were spot on all night keeping the crowd dancing. TJ’s vocals are mesmerizing!! My first dance was La Vie en Rose and she sang it in French, which I mentioned and was floored that she did that! Weeks after the event guests are still calling to let me know how much fun they had and how fabulous the band was. Thank you B Street Benny for a perfect event!

  Excellent band, perfect song selections

  The B Street Benny's were a pleasure to work with from start to finish. They were pleasant and responsive, and even learned some unique songs for our ceremony and first dance. The songs that they played throughout the night brought the perfect energy to our reception. I would recommend this band to anyone planning their wedding!

  The best band ever!

  When we started planning our wedding all I wanted was for people to say that was the best and most memorable wedding ever! Everyone said our band was the best band they had ever heard!   Tanya and her band was beyond amazing. They were also very helpful when it came to picking out songs. We wish we could book them again for other private functions. They are so good we go out of our way to go see them play in New Orleans. They went way beyond our expectations and we cannot wait to see them play agin.

  They played at our wedding and was absolutely amazing!!! Tanya was such a pleasure to work with!!!! They kept people on the dance floor all night long!!! We had a complete blast!!! We even tried to get an extension because we were having way too much fun!!!

  Awesome band! They are energetic and a amazing! They played at wedding reception and the dance floor was full all night. The guests did not want the evening to end. I recommend them highly.
