Joe Genender was tremendous to work with, based on his patience to answer my questions, quality of work and willingness to do what I asked of him. The wedding was in Maine and I am in PA, therefore I probably had more questions and concerns, then if I was residing in Maine. Joe rest assured me of my questions and concerns. He was extremely easy to work with. Above all, Joe always returned my phone calls & responded to my emails on the same day. I received the wedding DVD's on the day my husband and I were having a party at our house. Family and friends who were not able to attend the wedding were able to view the DVD and raved about the quality, clarity and sound. Thank you Joe ! I hired Joe to shoot my wedding in May of 2010. I've known him for years, and had no doubt that he would do a great job documenting the day. He's got a creative eye for both shooting and editing, and my wife and I are extremely happy with how our DVD came out. In fact, talking about it makes me want to go watch it again right now! From the first time we spoke with Joe, he made himself readily available. Without any direction from us, he captured our day perfectly! He works with 2 cameras to capture everything and you don't even know he is there. Also, many guests commented that he stayed for the entire reception, when many other videographers leave after the special dances. We had a blast watching the video. The day goes by so fast that it is impossible for you to see everything. However, the video lets your relive your wedding day over and over and watch all the things you missed. The night of the wedding, everyone was telling us that they could not wait to watch the video! Everyone is looking forward to seeing it. Joe was really easy to work with. It is probably a testament to his skills that we didn't notice him at all throughout the ceremony. He was able to capture to event as it happened but not take away from any of the moments for the participants. He worked well with my wedding photographer so as to not interfere with her shots.
