Hello, I’m Ashley. Thank you for your visit here. Over the last decade it has been my pleasure to create artistically recognizable, high-quality images of true love stories and editorials in stunning locales.

From grand 13th Century castle resorts in Ireland, to intimate beach elopements on the shores of Malibu, my passion for photography has taken me to incredible places.

I have been photographing weddings and portraits since 2010. I shoot primarily medium format and 35mm film (in any kind of light, including with flash and at night), and occasionally digital images.

I am known for creating emotionally felt photos in romantic and luxurious color palettes, as well as on black and white film.

I have been asked for one-on-one mentoring on film photography as well as instruction on producing high-end editorials, which I do currently also offer.

For weddings my approach is a combination of editorial portraiture and fine art in most portions of the day and documentary style during live events such as the ceremony and/or tea ceremony. I gently direct and guide you where appropriate during the wedding day in order to provide the most flattering and beautiful images.

I live for capturing an exciting reception party and have a luxurious collection of antiques and rare ring boxes for beautiful and meaningful client detail shots. Working with me is an experience that is filled with pleasant surprises and always a lot of love.

My personality style is calm and gentle with an emphasis on customer service. I work closely with my couples to produce images we will both adore. I value diversity, love to travel, and am available for destination weddings. I have experience with clients who require non-disclosure agreements and am open to this for future clients.

My work has been published both in print and online in the US as well as internationally, including VOGUE, BRIDES, and Magnolia Rouge to name only a few. Additionally, I won runner up and 1000Euro for my photograph in the International Garden Photographer of the Year Award: Special Prize Blarney Castle.
