It's hard for me to even write an eloquent enough endorsement for Patrick's wedding photography...we'd be here all day. What it really comes down to is your taste in pictures. In my opinion, most wedding photographers are complete hacks who produce the same crappy shots over and over again. Look at Patrick's portfolio - he has style, artistry, and execution that is head and shoulders above everyone else.

I had actually been first exposed to him through his work at Burning Man and had stumbled upon his website years ago as a result. I thought to myself that if I ever got married, he'd be the guy. Fast forward to last week, and we just returned from a wedding that was exactly what we wanted. His pictures are the cherry on top that really captured the feel of the events and people.

We trusted him enough to invite him on our 4 day destination wedding, and that says a lot. He was around, but never intrusive when shooting, and we couldn't be happier with the results. On top of that, he delivered the final photos within 36 hours of returning home.

First thing we'd like to say is that Patrick was courteous, kind, and a wonderful addition to our small wedding! We had polled craigslist a week prior to our wedding to find a photographer, and out of the 60 that replied we found that Patrick best matched our aesthetic. He was professional, punctual (unlike the bride), and made us feel super great on our special day. He was ninja-like during the ceremony and post party, snapping lots of shots without interrupting the party. Best of all, his photos are FANTASTIC! These are definitely photos that we'll proudly be showing the grandkids years from now. He made us both look and feel fantastic the entire time, and we'd HIGHLY recommend him to anyone for any event! I have worked with Patrick on a few occasions. Most recently he
photographed my wedding and truly exceeded my expectations! He has a way of
capturing the essence of each person and brings back to life the experience
of being in the moment. My husband and I are so happy with what he shot.
We still can't decide which photos to print out...they're all so good.
We've narrowed it down to about 350 so far! As for the other times I've
worked with him, let's just say that I never thought I was photogenic until
I met Patrick. Since posting his photographs on my website, I've received a
significantly larger response than ever before. I highly recommend him for
any of your photography needs.

Patrick photographed our wedding a couple of years ago, and he was awesome. He's a joy to work with and just generally a nice guy. He did a great job of capturing important moments while we went about our crazy, busy day. He stayed cool in the midst of chaos, and dealt beautifully with all of the crazy demands of my various family members.

Patrick did a fabulous job of capturing the mood our wedding. He got great shots of us together and the ceremony and so on, but looking back my favorites are all the pictures of my friends and family just enjoying the day. He caught lots of little moments I would have never known about otherwise.

More recently, he photographed a friend's wedding and (as well as doing a great job on the actual wedding) took some of my favorite pictures of my son. Totally recommended.

Patrick photographed our wedding. We are so glad to have found him - he made this day even more magical. Patrick is not only equipped with loads of camera bodies and lenses, he possesses a keen eye for reportage and composition and most importantly, he loves taking pictures. He enabled us to share this happiest day of our lives with our family and friends all over the world and for that we're truly grateful.

He is amazing at capturing the emotional moments of any given event, but most importantly in weddings. He understands lighting very well and listens to the requests of the bride and groom very carefully. He loves his job and therefore is very creative in the way he documents ones special day. He is great with people and is not afraid to photograph up- close. Patrick photographed our wedding consisting of 300+ people solo without a sweat! His wedding packages are affordable and he works efficiently so that you can have your wedding photos by the time you are back from your honeymoon.

Our wedding was quite spontaneous with only one week of planning and it
couldn't have been better, also thanks to Patrick's shots. He managed to
make himself available on such short notice and captured every part of our
wedding ceremony at beautiful SF city hall and took us to some lovely spots
around the city with amazing light. We don't like staged photographs but
rather enjoy pictures that show the true sprit of the moment and looking at
his work afterward made us remember what a great day we had. I'll look at
those over and over again. Also our friends and family, many of which
couldn't be there, thanked us afterward for picking Patrick since his
pictures made them almost feel like they had been there with us. I like to
layout my own photo books so I 'just' asked for the photo DVD which was
exactly what I wanted. The fair price was well worth it and Patrick's work
speaks for itself. Thanks again! Two years later Patrick offered to photograph our Newborn at our house. Again, he created amazing pictures of the happiest time in our life!

Patrick was enthusiastic and creative. He brought attention to detail, as well as thoughtful compositions, to our wedding day photos. He was prompt and easy to work with, and clear in his directions. The photos cane back very quickly and were more beautiful than we could have hoped for.
