Included in Ashebre's full-service wedding package are, delivery, setup, cleanup, cocktail service, dessert, servers, tastings, fine china, and flatware. No matter what the event’s style and atmosphere may be, Ashebre can also offer various service styles to best suit the desires of the couple. These include buffet stations, plated service, butler passed hors d'oeuvres and family style among others. Inspired by cuisines from around the globe, Ashebre can create many dishes to best suit the couple’s preferred tastes. Every dish is made from scratch, and can accommodate guests with specific dietary requirements including gluten-free, nut-free, lactose-free, no pork, vegan, and vegetarian dishes. Each menu is tailored to satisfy the desires of our couple to ensure that they’re getting the experience they imagined. Ashebre was the very first vendor we hired for our wedding in Jamaica in April 2019 - even before we secured a venue. Oji (the owner) and his staff did not disappoint. From our first communication, he took the time to create a unique menu that fused Southern American food with Jamaican food to reflect our union. Our tasting was beyond delicious and adjustments to the menu were made based on our requests. Ashebre was always flexible and open to our ideas.
Ashebre delivered above and beyond our expectations on our wedding day. The food was spectacular! Guests were raving about everything but especially the pumpkin bisque with corn bread, ackee and salt fish spring rolls, and pineapple bread pudding. In addition, the servers were professional and the plated dinner service was flawless.
We would not hesistate to recommend Ashebre to anyone in need of exceptional food and quality service. We will definitely be hiring Ashebre again for our future special occasions.
