Merrick was an absolute joy to work with! My wedding was the day before everything shut down for Hurricane Melissa and I’m beyond grateful to Merrick and his dream team for their kindness and expertise during this day.

From the first meeting to the wedding day, I knew I was in good hands. And despite the circumstances, Merrick exuded calm and helped me to have great peace of mind the entire day. He shot in between pockets of rain. He was flexible when we had to move up the timeline of the wedding at the caution of our wedding coordinator. And the pictures he took were astonishing! I loved his work from his website but to see yourself and your loved ones captured by his amazing photography skills takes it to a whole new level. Also, despite the impact of the storm on the island, Merrick still delivered the pictures on time (which he did not need to do at all).

Being able to look back on these pictures after such a scary experience of going through the storm brought me to tears. These photos are truly a gift. Thank you, Merrick for capturing the beauty of that day and sharing your talent with us. These photos were truly therapeutic to look through and I’m grateful to be able to hold on to these beautiful memories forever. I will forever cherish the pictures he took and I’m beyond grateful that he was calm and flexible considering the fear and anxiety we all felt that day.

All this to say that if Merrick and his team can handle a Category 5 hurricane, I’m certain he can handle any circumstances your wedding day brings. I absolutely recommend working with him!

It rained intermittently on our wedding day, unexpectedly. A beach ceremony and reception. Merrick was able to turn a negative into a positive. His angles were amazing and the cloudy sky made the pictures stunning. He captured some of the best moments with our friends and family. At times, there was chaos on our wedding day, and he didn't let it affect his vision. His calmness helped us remain calm. We can't wait to share our pictures with our guests and we would not hesitate to book him again. He was extremely professional, his prices were reasonable and the picture quality was amazing.

From the first time I reached out to Merrick, he was always very quick with his responses! He also provided clear pricing and communication. When it came to our wedding day, he was also still amazing! He provided such clear direction in terms of how we should pose, how to stand, etc. which I appreciate sooo much!
