We got married on 7/25/26 at Princess Mangrove Illusion Terrace. We booked Otis Too Cool for our photographer. Otis and his team were phenomenal. They delivered on their promises and did not miss. They were worth every Penny. They were able to capture all the special moments and photos for hours!!! They missed nothing. We truly enjoyed their ability to capture our wedding ceremony, cocktail hour and reception plus pictures in between time. They were punctual, professional and amazing!

Professionalism: Otis and Oshane are true professionals. They handled all photography and videography for my bridal shower, wedding ceremony, and reception. From the outset, Otis made clear that he had one priority—to ensure my day was everything I dreamed and more! He asked questions, gave advice, explored ideas, and calmed my nerves throughout the entire process. To say Otis and Oshane listened and catered to me doesn’t even seem sufficient. They were also on time, every time. When Otis arrived on the wedding morning, he immediately lit up the room with his smile and warm personality. Otis was very jovial, got along well with other vendors and the bridal party. He cracked a few jokes now and then as he captured the most stunning shots. Oshane skillfully maneuvered the space capturing beautiful moments alongside Otis. I don’t recall ever seeing them sit down—they were on the job and my photos/videos prove it.

Quality of work: Otis and Oshane offered me a personalized service. Prior to my wedding, Otis queried the type of dress I was wearing and created shots that highlighted me. He had me practicing certain poses even before the wedding day, and this made my journey an enjoyable and exciting one. Otis also listened to our ideas and incorporated them seamlessly into the shoot. He made suggestions, I did not even think of. These added to the beauty and glamour of my day. Otis and Oshane were kind, patient, fun and managed to get genuine smiles and poses with ease from everyone. The entire shoot was relaxed. We also received our stunning digital gallery way faster than expected. Our pictures and videos were clear and picture quality was outstanding and captured our best moments.

One thing that stood out to me is that Otis/Oshane showed up with what I called his “Pandora’s Box,” containing everything I could possibly need on my wedding day (e.g., scissors, concealer, makeup brushes, wipes, Kleenex, etc.) If anyone tried to blot my face, Otis would say: “Don’t touch my bride’s face!” and then pull out a makeup brush. That to me was further confirmation that he takes his work seriously and would not let anything spoil his shots.

I also enjoyed working with Oshane on my seating chart and welcome photo for my wedding. To say he was patient is an understatement—he listened and incorporated all my feedback, ultimately creating a stunning garden-themed chart. He never complained and brought to life exactly what I wanted for my day.

Also, our package included the magic mirror and, as the name suggests, it made our guests feel magical. They enjoyed interacting with the mirror and many guests lingered there for the entire cocktail hour. This engagement was indeed fun for our guests. It also allowed us (bride and groom) to spend time taking our pictures without having our guests getting impatient.

Other duties: Otis went beyond his scope of duties and assisted us in other areas. Due to hurricane Melissa, our venue could not facilitate a wedding. We called on Otis for recommendations, and he came through once more. He recommended Tropical Weddings Jamaica (Almarie and Phenicia) as my planners, and they did not disappoint. Otis gave me advice on timelines to ensure our wedding day was free from chaos. He made suggestions on make-up, and as mentioned above, even spruced up my make up to ensure all my pictures were stunning. Otis was my unofficial counsellor. If I felt uncomfortable about anything, I called on Otis and would always end the conversation feeling better.
