My parents loved there arrangement we sent them for there 57th anniversary. The Grande Bouquet did a wonderful job they took my order over the phone and I received an e-mail that showed the receipt as soon as I got off the phone.

The florist that we dealt with was the Arroyo Grande Village Flower Shop. Tina did an outstanding job with the flowers. There was not one mistake and the flowers were absolutely beautiful and very reasonable in price. She handled everything in a very professional manner. She is creative and was a great help in our selections. We recommend that anyone who is having a wedding please contact them.

Valerie was such a delight to work with. I do not know much about flowers but I had a very detailed theme in mind and wanted something within a reasonable price. My husband and I are from out of town and Valerie was flexible to meet with us on short notice and was very responsive to all my calls. The final product was beautiful and exceed my expectations.

I wasn't able to coordinate well with them since they are short staffed and we had to work around their schedule. The flowers looked half dead with my cousin received them. I tried to call back and they said they wouldn't refund..

the flowers were deliverd with the grooms flowers broken and looking sad, they put out minimal effort and the result was so so...would not recommend them
